I visited McDonalds about 8:45 pm and ordered from the All Day menu. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order, but that was ok because they were brewing fresh coffee for me. When I got home and unwrapped my Egg McMuffin, I immediately wrapped it up and went back to show the manager what I had been served. When she went to the back and spoke with the cook, I heard him ask why he had to cook another and what was wrong with how it looked. I told the manager to show it to him and ask if he would eat it, but she would not do that. She explained that the egg looked that way because it was cooked on the flat grill and he had cleaned it before cooking the new one for me. After about 10 minutes, the manager brought out a fresh Egg McMuffin and asked me to look at it. I asked why all of the eggs were brown. She had no answer. If they are offering an All Day menu, but can't serve fresh clean looking eggs, perhaps they should be removed from the menu. I have attached photos. Would you eat this? read more

Kid's favorite (play place so who's surprised.. lol). It seems to depend on which shift or group of workers are there on what quality of anything you get. It's literally hit or miss on everything from cleanliness to staff to food. When they're good, everything is excellent. When they're off their game, it's horrible. Always have broken equipment, hate the new order yourself terminals and never do anything to make things right mistake after mistake.

So I walk in to place an order and discover that you now order using a kiosk. there are 4 kiosks and the line is all over the place. 1 kiosk is down leaving 3 and an even longer wait. Disaster is you want your breakfast before the 1030am ending. I have 10 min and there is only 3 kiosk's available and you can't order at the counter anymore. Not one to usually rate a McDonald's, but today was one of the worst experiences ever. Not knowing or checking the previous ratings, we stopped in from a drive going from Jackson to Memphis. It took 10 minutes for anyone to take our order or even say hello to us standing at the register, and then another 20 minutes to get our order. Order was wrong; we got and extra item and one of the things we did order was wrong. We ended up just ended up drinking our coffee which we had to ask for creamer and sugar since they didn't bother asking us if we wanted any. read more

It was absolutely disgusting. I have never been to a McDonald's store this disgusting. The tables were nasty and hadn't been wiped off. Floors had soda standing were sticky with footprints everywhere. The ice machine and ketchup was broken. The condiments were empty. The trash bins had dried sauces and food all over them. The workers were goofing off. The managers were nowhere to be found. It was terrible. read more

Never ever ever gets the order right. Apparently when you tell them no big Mac sauce, that means three times the amount of big Macs sauce plus double everything else Place is normally dirty. Food is not fresh. Orders seem to always be wrong. We stopped going after one of the workers cussed out my family. One manager fired the lady, but apparently the main manager hired her back. After speaking with one of the owners and had several managers, probably nosy workers, calling the women kept her job. I do not recommend here or any other McDonald's owned by the same group. My mom took the kids there today to play. She has been diabetic since she was 8. She got diet Dr. Pepper from the fountain, and didn't notice (because to our family, diet and regular Dr. Pepper taste the same) until she got home and was half done with her drink, that instead of diet she was drinking regular! She'd gotten her drink from the diet Dr. Pepper spicket (she never EVER gets regular) but regular soda had been put where diet should have been. This is a MAJOR mistake!! When she tested her blood sugar it was almost 400 because of the regular soda she'd drunk. She stopped drinking because it started to taste sweet to her (like I said diet and regular taste the same to us) so she stopped and tested both the drink and her sugar. McDonald's, this is a major fail. This is a serious hazard to those who have to watch their sugar intake for their health. This kind of mistake is just unacceptable. We will not be back. My mom's health is way too important to us to risk this again. read more
