    Venti drink... filled like a grande for $7

    Hit or miss coming here. They've melted the penguin cookies to the point the frosting sticks to the bag, they barely fill drinks, customer service sucks when they make the drink wrong.

    This is a cool little Starbucks located in Millington right near the Navy base, so I come here quite often when I am in town. I stopped by here a couple of mornings this past week and the service was great. However, later in the day my wife and I drove by the drive thru so she could get a Venti Vanilla latte and as everyone is aware, these are not exactly cheap, at $5. We drove off and they totally forgot to add the Vanilla, it was just coffee and steamed milk, which I know, because that is what I drank earlier in the day and I tried hers. We did not go back, it just was not worth going back, so what I learned is don't come here after 2pm. The Millington Starbucks is great if you come here in the morning, the staff is pleasant, smile and they make good drinks. However, if you come here after lunch, some of the pm staff are a bit impolite and may not make your drink correctly. Like all Starbucks, they have free AT&T Wi-Fi. However, just to inform those who plan on coming here and need bandwidth, this location has very slow internet, the top speed is anywhere from 40-67kb/s. I was downloading some computer drivers, a 150mb file took about 25-30 minutes to download, but hey, it is free, or at least included with the drink prices. [Review #163]

    Amazing location service-wise!!! I was helped by Jeremy today and couldn't have received better service. Strongly recommend this location due to the excellence displayed by the staff and especially by Jeremy!

    Sipped on my starbucks drink and found this gem in my mouth (a thread) so disgusting. Your supposed to be clean and sanitize even more extra due to Covid.

    Ive attempted this Starbucks multiple times because it's the closest one to me and my job. And I must say, I've never been more disappointed with how this place operates. Pros: It's Starbucks. Cons: -They're slow (my average wait time is 6-15 minutes) and that's not even during the busy lunch hours. -They're menu is basic and doesn't align with the app. -I'm an avid Starbucks user and this is by far the worst I've ever been too. -A few of the drive-thru window people are sarcastic and obviously spiteful. Today was my last attempt with this place. I tried to order a Iced Royal English Breakfast Tea Latte. (Amazing drink if you ever want to order it at a different store) Simple right? No, I was told they couldn't add ice to that drink.....let me repeat myself. Can't. Add. Ice. I'm no rocket scientist but I think I can put ice in a cup. I didn't say anything because I was in a rush and didn't have time to sit around and explain to them how to add ice to a drink. So I just asked for a Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher. All was good in the world until I got my drink. I mean look at that picture I posted! Top to bottom is complete ice and not just top to bottom but packed in. I couldn't even get my straw 1/4 down because it was so packed. The amount of liquid in this drink was honestly probably less then half the cup. Frustrating. This is why I'm just cutting this Starbucks out completely. Please consider choosing a different Starbucks.

    Mold in the display case

    First, it's phase three here. 75% capacity is ok. Yet the dining area is closed. "It's a district manager decision due to the pandemic". I'm calling bull on that. You don't want to pay the labor costs associated with keeping the dining area clean. Second. As the pictures show, all of the food in the display case was MOLDY. I asked to talk to the manager, who was right behind the cashier when I asked. She disappeared to the back room and suddenly had to take a phone call. So, ducking another complaint. I know for a fact that they didn't sanitize the display case before they replaced the food. Because I watched it happen. Third, for the last two years, it's NEVER taken less than 20 minutes to get out coffee. WHEN, they actually have what we want. Cold brew coffee is like a Macdonald's milkshake, the machine always is broken or, they're out. Sometimes, it takes the whole 20 minutes we've had to wait to discover this. This isn't my first issue with this location, it happens every visit. If there was another coffee place in town, I'd never step foot in this Starbucks again. The place needs more training and better management, to include both the general manager and the district manager.

    The service is so slow even when there is no one inside but you. They focus on preorders and not customers standing right in front of them.
