Tonight my husband and I decided to grab Taco Bell as something quick and decided we will not be getting food from this location anymore. The first incident we ordered for pick up got home we were missing two items I called the worker who answered(female) was rude I showed up she tossed my missing items on the counter and walked away before I even had the chance to say I was the customer missing items, I politely said thank you and proceeded out thinking maybe she was having a bad day. The second time we stopped and went through drive through to order we got home my husbands tacos were dripping grease the paper was submerged and was sticking to the taco and the paper bag in a corner was soaked he was unable to eat them, we called and were able to get a new order made but again poor attitudes as we went back. This time we decided to give it one last shot unfortunately my shells to my tacos were stale like it had been sitting out for hours prior, the Cinnabons my kids wanted were unable to be eaten because they were so hard and crunchy they were dried up in the center like they were reheated one to many times. We really tried with this location but sad to say we won't be returning again.

This has been my McDonald's location since 2020. It has taken me five years to finally reach that…read morefinal straw where I have no other option than to leave a review for the amount of poor service I have received in the last five years. This small town has two late-night fast food options, McDonald's and a brand new Taco Bell. So those who live here don't really have any options when it comes to getting take-out, and both of these establishments are by far the worst running corporate locations I have ever experienced in all of my years here on earth. The inconsistency in receiving proper orders here is so bad that when they do get your order correct, you feel a wave of relief as if you must have done something right today to finally deserve good service. When you order here, nine times out of ten, something is going to go wrong. Which, if it were me picking up my order each time, I will normally catch it and have them fix it or just deal with it and move on. However, my partner isn't one to check the bag unfortunately. It's not their job to have to, it is a voluntary generosity to check the order as a consumer. When these instances do happen, it isn't ever just a quick fix and go. You're going to find yourself waiting another twenty minutes to thirty minutes for them to correct it. The times when you call in to report the order being incorrect, you can expect for your call to go unanswered to a voicemail, inbox full. It has gotten to the point that when I do have the energy to want them to make things right with me, so I can at least eventually get what I paid for, I will just submit an online ticket straight away. Sometimes I get it sorted out, but more times than not, I don't. I am a very passive person and more often than not I just deal with it. I make due, even though ultimately I shouldn't. I have no clue as to what goes on at this location to make it malfunction in such a consistent way. Perhaps it is a high turnover rate or lack of training, who is to say. People could say it is an easy fix, just don't go here. But when there are no other options and you enjoy getting take-out every now and then? You're gonna go back. You're going to give them far more money than they're worth, and you are going to deal. Because at the end of the day, corporate is not going to care about one of their lower income generating businesses and nothing here is going to change. But still I am going to write this review, just so I can feel like I am getting the false satisfaction that my voice is being heard.

Kibbeh Nayeh! Saw this on their Meta ad last week Thursday…read more I was under the weather, so marked my calendar. Today was the day! A very nice clean restaurant. Bar type seating available, they do not sell liquor. Tables clean and evenly spaced. Pretty much EVERYTHING is homemade with #TheMom's famous recipes! The kibbeh, was amazing. It's def an acquired taste; I got turned on to it by my Lebanese grade school buddies; this was phenomenal. Huge serving; I have plenty for tomorrow and Saturday. I typically don't care for the pickled turnips, but after tasting these, my mind was changed. Not sure what it was, but they were way better than what I've had in the past, (from Nashville to Chicago, bar none). The garlic dip was pungent and tasty-a perfect cold weather food. The pita was very light and thin. (I honestly don't do gluten, so that was a huge perk for me.) I asked about Med/Turkish coffee; they do not have it BUT, the Lebanese tea, Shanna suggested was deelish! Brewed individually. It went especially well with the baklava that I couldn't leave without trying. If you want the real deal- this is it. If you want nice people, they have that as well. Andy, one of the proprieters, agreed Shanna is THE best server, hooman, resource AND her printing is unbelievable (Mother Theresa, check the manuscript on chalkboard when you walk in)! I'll be back. (Oh, and pop into #Boomerang's next door. Walk off a couple pounds and find something fancy.)

Several weeks later, when the crowds died down, I popped in for dinner. The small parking lot was nearly full; I snagged the last spot. Maybe this is more of a to-go place? The menu is very limited. Essentially, there are various combinations of (3, 4, and 6) chicken fingers with fries and sides. There is also a chicken sandwich. I ordered the Box Combo, which includes four chicken fingers, sauce, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and a beverage, but I was worried I would still be hungry. The staffer reassured me that it would be more than enough. And she was right. The sizable chicken fingers were juicy and tender with a tasty, crunchy coating. The crinkle-cut fries were a-okay, as was the coleslaw. However, I did not care for the sauce, expecting it to be a bit sweeter, like J. Alexander's, nor did I care for the toast. The team staffing the restaurant was top-notch. They stayed on top of cleaning up the restaurant and replacing the garbage cans while remaining friendly and pleasant to customers.
