Food-wise, it was a mixed bag but mostly good. I ordered a chicken wrap and that was the miss for me. The chicken was kind of shredded and just not great, so I wouldn't order that again. My son got the donut waffle which was fine, but the real standout for the kids was the pancakes. Three big, fluffy pancakes on the kids plate and they were legit good. The fruit sides were excellent too. Fresh berries, not sad afterthought fruit. My husband's omelet looked amazing and made me realize I probably should've stuck with more classic breakfast food instead of a lunch item. Service was friendly and patient. It was a little slow, but it was a busy Saturday morning and it looked like our waitress was covering a whole section by herself. Getting the bill took a bit, but it felt more like opening growing pains than bad service. Overall, great atmosphere, solid breakfast options, and a place I'd totally return to. Next time I'm going full breakfast menu and skipping the wrap for sure.

We walked in and it was very busy. The hostesses were smiling and polite. We asked to sit at the bar and they were happy to accommodate us. Our waitress, April, was an absolute pleasure. She gave us suggests on what to order. We settled on the breakfast burritos and a chicken bacon ranch omelette. We both really enjoyed both. Oh and a delicious homemade cinnamon roll. The portion sizes were huge and we both ended up with large amounts to take home. I also ordered a morning Spritz which was gin, raspberry smash and sparkling wine. It was ok. But I would go with a traditional mimosa next time. I joined the loyalty program as well. We really loved it here and will definitely be back!

I had high expectations for this place given the constant foot traffic and that it's part of a…read morechain. I ordered the Trifecta Bowl with both hummus and garlic sauce but the experience was disappointing. The shrimp was coated in excessive black pepper which was the only seasoning they used. Middle Eastern food is known for bold, layered flavors and this missed the mark entirely. The chicken and beef weren't anything special either. I dug into the rice hoping it would redeem the bowl but it was bland. The hummus and garlic sauce were underwhelming and the spicy sauce wasn't spicy at all. On top of that the bowl was drenched in sauce which made it difficult to eat and amplified the unpleasant flavors. Usually, if a dish isn't great, a good sauce can pull it together, but that definitely wasn't the case here. Even the toppings fell flat. They're supposed to add texture, freshness or acidity like the brightness from pickles or the crunch from vegetables but none of that came through. Maybe I'm picky but I'm Middle Eastern so I know how this cuisine should taste. This just wasn't it. To make matters worse the place was noticeably dirty. There were grease stains around the tissue dispenser and the soda machine area was also messy. I was one of the first customers of the day so there was no reason the establishment should have looked that way.

I wanted to believe this place had turned a corner after being featured on Bar Rescue, but what I…read moreobserved afterward made it clear that whatever changes were made did not stick. Responsible alcohol service did not appear to be a priority. It was common to see visibly intoxicated patrons continue to be served, sometimes to the point where their condition was hard to ignore, and then leave without any meaningful intervention. That alone raises serious concerns about community safety. Operationally, there seemed to be very little oversight. Staff were regularly left to close the bar without an owner or manager present, despite the volume of cash moving through the business. Inventory tracking appeared inconsistent, with many items rung in under vague or generic categories rather than clearly documented. From a customer perspective, it felt chaotic and loosely managed. There also seemed to be a culture of excessive comping of drinks and blurred boundaries between ownership and patrons, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. Instead of structure and accountability, the environment felt improvised. What ultimately changed my perception permanently was how a legitimate health issue was handled. When I was unable to come in due to a serious medical situation and communicated that honestly, the response escalated quickly and aggressively rather than being handled with professionalism. That experience alone made it clear that people are disposable here. If you're looking for a bar that prioritizes responsible service, professionalism, and consistent management standards, I would think carefully before choosing this one. The optics may look improved from television, but the underlying culture did not appear to change.
