Frustrated due to of all the lunch options & Subways in the area, we manage to order from the one that does not honor the $5 Foot-Long Special that is pumped non-stop on TV. Ordered through the App as directed and for some reason it does not recognize which ones honor it or not. What a scam, by the time you realize it you have already been charged. Somewhere in the ordering I am sure its my fault, but ordering food for lunch should not be a full-time job. Don't have Subways on the App that don't honor the sales campaigns. On top of that the sandwiches was subpar Subway. Barely any vegetables even with ordering all of them. The Restaurant itself was neat & orderly, and the staff friendly. read more

Subway - Little bit of green popping through, but slim pickings - Sandwiches Near Me - Alexandria, Virginia

Very disappointing experience at this location. Placed an online order for pick to be ready by 12:45pm. We arrived early around 12:35pm and sat in the restaurant next to the pickup shelf. No one else was eating in the store, however two customers came in and out during our wait, placing orders at the counter. When it hit 12:45pm I looked at the shelf and my order was not yet there and my online status indicated that it was still being made. I then asked one of the three ladies if my order was ready, my name is 'Heather'. She said yes it's here, sitting behind her on the counter behind the register. I questioned her as to why it wasn't placed on the Pickup Shelf and Why not one of the three ladies cared to ask if we were waiting for an order, as there were several order's sitting on this counter. She replied we keep the orders here. Then told me to pick out my bag of chips and pointed to the cups to make my drink. I carried on and went about my business making my drink. One of the three ladies called for me as I was making my drink to explain all orders placed online/mobile are kept behind the counter. I then asked how was I suppose to know this with no signage telling me to check in at the register for my order. In addition not one of you cared to ask if we were waiting for an order. The lady then stated I was immature and another then says 'Bitch next time I'll just let someone steal your Shit'. I then replied whose the immature one now and that I will definitely be reporting this to someone. There were three other people in line ordering at the time this altercation took place. I'm most disturbed that these ladies (that don't deserve to be called ladies) had no regard for my 9 yr old daughter or the others around. I felt the need to leave the store before they chose to get louder and escalate the situation. It was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for. Our family has frequented numerous Subways throughout the country and I've never felt so disheartened and upset over such customer service. These three ladies need to be reprimanded and taught what customer service is about. Their lack of regard for their words and actions is extremely troubling. read more

Eat Fresh. Sure, I'd rather go to a mom and pop place , like the little italian place four shops down from this, but Subway is super cheap ...$5 foot long anyone? This Subway is very clean, friendly and always fast. I bring my own cup in because I hate disposable and they have learned to put-up with me. read more

So this Subway introduced me to something I've never had or seen before: a black bean patty with sweet potato curry sauce! I know at first glance it might sound a little weird, but it was life-changing! It's so good! I immediately tweeted @Subway in hopes I can persuade them to offer this at other locations. It's not necessarily worth going to Alexandria for if you don't live in the area, but if you happen to be there, GO TO THIS SUBWAY! It's different! It's delicious! And it's clean and the staff are friendly. read more

I like Subway. It's so great. I know it is just a sandwich, well, a footlong sandwich. But you can make a huge mess of a sandwich full of all kinds of filthy nonsense and it tastes great. Bugger that Jared guy! I don't care that Subway is supposed to be a healthy pursuit - I went in there today - as I am wont to - and I asked for EVERYTHING except olives, all on a bed of as many meatballs they could dare to fit in. This Subway location was dead as disco, and just as well because I was pretty hungry this late morning. I was greeted as soon as I stepped in through the doorway, and the bloke behind the counter was just chopping up some fresh tomato to put into the wee bin. I watched him carefully carry on with surgical precision as he sliced open the simple wheat footlong bread, and studiously build my sandwich with TLC. He easily acquiesced to my ridiculous demands for a little extra of this or that, and got on with it no problem. I was the only person in the place, and he wasn't rushed with anything else. After he built it, we both had a laugh about how stupid I am for wanting to eat that mess of nonsense, all in good humor. This employee seemed very well-schooled in customer service, and he was in good spirits, which made the transaction kinda fun. We talked a little about the area in general, and then about yesterday's matches. Then I paid for my mess, thanked him and went on my way. I walked over to the Safeway just up the way in the same shopping complex, bought a thing of drink, then took my lunch and sat on a bench outside and past the Safeway on the right. The bread was super soft, and the ingredients all blended well. I am sure they were all fresh. I ate the whole damn thing, and it was bloody good. Never mind I looked like a big child making a crap mess out of a meal with a honey mustard and hot sauce moustache - I ate well. If I am in this shopping area again, I likely would go back to this location. read more

I like a cheap footlong sub and when I'm in the mood for something not so authentic, I turn to Subway (love me a Italian BMT loaded with everything). This Subway has a good number of seats inside but the service isn't anything amazing. They always seem tired or uninterested. But they have never messed up my order, so I'm not really too upset about it. It's also pretty clean. I've never had to wipe off a table or have seen trash on the floor. This location is good but could be great. read more

Used to be the best one in the area. NOT ANYMORE! the kid sprinkled the lettuce on and when I asked for more he sprinkled a few more shreds so once again I asked for more, he looked at me like I was a space alien! The same with the onions and oil and vinegar! They thinned out the cold cuts(allegedly healthier) but jacked the prices ( they will blame Covid) If I am paying 9.00 for processed meats that are so thin you can see thru them I may as well spend a few dollars more and get a freshly sliced meat sub from Jersey Mikes! I wish this Subway luck but it will not be from my money! read more

I am generally not a fan of Subway, but the Belle View Subway is good. The shop is very clean, the vegetables are fresh, and the service is good. Even when there's a line, there's never a long wait. It's in a nice location too, with a large parking lot. Thumbs up for the Belle View Subway! read more

This subway is good and clean, but the tables and chairs are always wobbly. Don't you hate that? The wobbly table? Ugh

I eat at this location very frequently. The employees are friendly and it is always clean on the inside. It does get crowded around lunch time but there's usually always a place to sit and the line moves quickly. read more

Good food/good location. Staff was great and the meal prep was great. One of the best subs I've had!

Really a mixed bag, I have had servers that laugh and joke while they make my food and sometimes mess up my order, but that is rare. On the other hand I have had most of the time nice people that listen to you and are well mannered. Nothing special when it comes to subway but not a bad one, I would recommend it. read more

Typically I have a good experience at this Subway and the food and service is as expected. There are several employees with good customer service skills. However, I had a recent experience with one employee who acted irritated in general. She didn't ask the standard questions, and when she did, at one point she said "Hello?!" when someone didn't answer right away. She confused the order of sandwiches and appeared irritated at the customers for the results of her mistake. read more

Don't let the outside fool you. Inside the place is very roomy and on par with most Subway's.
