To be fair, she is not a big fan of spice/heat. Neither of us enjoyed the burrito with red chile; the flavor of the red chile was too overpowering for us. I was able to eat it all, it just wasn't my preference. PSA: we are rather recent transplants from Texas, so we are very new to the world of chile and don't really know what to expect when it comes to flavors, textures, etc. I personally am very excited to explore the world of chile more in our new home state!
