Shoshone Propane - 5lb propane tank to grill tubing

The account stayed active until her house was sold and then was switched over to the people that bought her house - there was no tank removal and no interruption of service, no transportation of any kind. And they did not refund the price of the fuel already in the tank, that my sister in-law paid for. So that's the kind of people you'll be dealing with if you deal with Suburban Propane. Just thought you should know. I wish I could give them a negative number.

From the very first call, Harry treated us like family. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He walked us through everything we needed to know, answered every question (no matter how small), and took the time to make sure we felt confident and safe in our decisions. There were a few hiccups along the way--none of which were his fault--and yet Harry stepped up every single time with grace and integrity. Whether it was helping to coordinate service, explaining technical details in plain English, or just following up to make sure everything went smoothly, Harry was there. That kind of service is rare these days. In a world where so many companies treat you like a number, Harry reminded us what true customer care looks like. Suburban Propane is lucky to have him--and so were we. Thank you again, Harry. You made a stressful situation so much easier, and we'll never forget that.

Though it appeared the owners, were quite active in regards to getting the location to run smoothly. Some hiccups included the pumps, and even diesel at the time. Diesel for example was out of order, and on another visit, pumping at a very very very very low rate (essentially out of service). Some noticeable yet disappointing visual construction yikes include poorly installed veener on the pillars near the pumps. I'm not sure who they hired to do that, but there was some noticeable low grade work done. On a positive note, it's the closest gas station to lytle creek, upon entrance and exit - though to keep the market competitive, just a little south more competition stations exist. So assuming you aren't on e, perhaps look at the cost of the other stations so that you could get the best value for your money. What makes this location unique is the many pumps (assuming they're all function upon your visit) the quick hot food available, liquor, and also presence where limited supply is in general serving the immediate neighborhood. I firmly believe that this location has potential - and I'm confident they can adjust as needed to stay competitive. I'll be sure to revise my review as more trips allow :)

I got off of Sierra Ave. After I turned left, I noticed there was a new gas station about a quarter mile north of where I was originally planning to pump. Well, I was curious so I drove over to this 76. Its gas prices are a little bit higher than its neighboring gas stations. It appears to be a newly renovated gas station. It has about 20 gas pumps if I counted it correctly. It's a good size gas station. It has very bright lights outside. Food mart inside is a tad tight IMHO. They have too many stuff. They also have Krispy Krunchy Chicken available. After pumping gas, I needed to use the restroom. The women's restroom was locked. I asked if anyone was inside and no one answered. What I found odd was that it had a key lock from the outside. However, the men's restroom didn't have it. I didn't feel comfortable so I left. Anyway, if you're coming from the north side and you can wait a quarter of a mile, then I would recommend you pump at the other gas stations to save a little bit of money. Otherwise, pump away. You may like this newer facility better. Happy 76'ing!

Who rolls through the Nevada desert at night with their fuel light on??…read more I do, cuz that's how I roll... and I knew I had just enough gas to get to Amargosa. After the light came on, I switched my car's display to the gas computer and watched the "range" tick down while I drove past nothing but sagebrush, rock and dust. I started to get a little nervous when the "range" indicator dropped below 10 miles... then 5 miles... and I still hadn't seen signs of this little oasis in the desert. Had I miscalculated? Would this be the time I lose at my silly little gamble and run out of gas? I knew from past experience that I could make it at least another 5 miles after the "range" calculation hit zero, so I had a little bit of padding. Still no lights in the distance, which was a little troubling. Then I popped up over a rise and there it was *whew*. Two miles to spare. I've dropped by here several times now for fuel, snacks, drinks and so on and have always been happy with the service.

Then I said what about the big sign, she said that's only for fueling customers. Then I said fine, i'll go ahead and get some hot water, and she replied the water is no good here there's a bacteria problem! Right after I was served it at the restaurant. Oh well, I'll just continue to go to area 51 Alien Center across the street.
