He also shared measures they've already and still plan to enact to remedy some of the issues I ran into originally. While there were some communications challenges throughout the installation process, the overall professionalism and competence of staff is very good. In my recent interactions, they have demonstrated that they do care about customer service and satisfaction. Their billing invoices are still somewhat confusing and vague, but they are working on making them better. I would like to publicly acknowledge two people on our job that went above and beyond. First was Jose who did the installation, he identified that the lines didn't have to run the attic and other site survey errors that saved us time and pain. He was personable and professional and took pride in his work. The other was Tara who assisted us in identifying and rectifying billing errors and took the time to call and discuss each of my concerns in detail.

The reason I choice Propane Ninja was because they have their own meter monitor the propane gas tank. They have better rating then their competition and I don't need to worry about looking at the meter each week. Scheduling a delivery is automated. In addition, using their app I can see the % of gas remaining in the tank and because I know the gas level, I can be assured there are no leaks and if there are they will fix it as part of their small monthly fee.

I called Gas Taxi three times and left messages of the building inspection rejection and never received a return call over several days. As part of that "repair," they charged $500 for a fuel pump--despite the fact that we had replaced that exact pump only 30 days prior. The technician did get it running and explicitly told us to start it every day to verify the repair, noting that they provide a 90-day warranty. We followed his instructions, and by the very next morning, the generator was completely dead. When we called them back out to honor their warranty, they had the audacity to try and charge us for a "new" repair, claiming the failure was unrelated. A repair that lasts less than 24 hours is a failed service, not a new problem. They are unprofessional, they overcharge for unnecessary parts, and they refuse to back up their own claims. Save your money and your sanity--find a different company that actually knows what they're doing.

$2,500 in Damage, $219 in 'Compensation', This Is How Mayflower Treats Customers…read more I've moved seven times in the past fifteen years and I've used several obscure movers to get me relocated each time. It always goes poorly in one way or another. I'm single and don't have any family at all so I rely on hired muscle. I thought I'd try a big brand this time so I chose Mayflower. Surely, they would act like professionals, right? They are by far the worst movers I've ever had to work with. Mayflower and United Van Lines destroyed my $2,100 flagship Samsung TV and dropped it on the bottom right corner so bad that it crushed the corner, cracked the screen, and totally wiped out three inches of pixels on the right side. The remainder of the screen is full of defective patterns and merely displays dark shadows. It's just a 65-inch paperweight now. They also totally destroyed my dresser while attempting to set it on a dolly. It was so mangled, they had to "wrap it in two layers of shrink wrap plus a blanket to keep it in one piece". Those were the words of the young man who arrived with the delivery truck at my destination. I had already witnessed the aftermath of the destroyed dresser while loading the truck. Both the loading crew supervisor and the arriving driver admitted the dresser was ruined. I submitted airtight documentation: photos, receipts, timestamps, and they responded with a $219 settlement offer. Instead of compensation, I receive contempt. Remember the old days when companies thought the customer was always right? They would go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction? Those days are gone and Mayflower is unashamedly one of the worst offenders. They think their customers are there to be abused and exploited. They are sinister people and will not treat you well. Do not choose Mayflower or United Van Lines for your move. They fully intend to screw you by citing an obsolete law about shipping flour and corn by weight. They hit you with that and plenty of meaningless lawyer talk when you request fair compensation. They do not care about you, your business means nothing to them. They aren't concerned with customer satisfaction or loyalty. You are there to be exploited and discarded. I moved across the country to start a new life and I've literally spent all of my free time fighting with Mayflower. I feel violated, as if I've been robbed and no one cares.
