I wanted them to pick up their tank that I had been paying $81 per quarter for. They continued to charge me the $81 even though I asked them to pick up their tank because I had apparently agreed to lease the tank from them for 3 full years. Oh well, I guess that's my fault for not reading the fine print when I started buying propane from them. Then, when I asked if they would be refunding me for the unused propane in the tank, they said no. When I objected they again said that provision was also in the lease agreement. So my advice to folks is, don't buy the "we are family" balcony they give you when you sign up and review everything with a fine tooth comb BEFORE you sign anything.

And I am just honestly blown away that we were so polite to them we didn't make them come pump the oil back out we didn't make them dismiss the money off the account because it's their mistake that they made but here we are having some hardship right before school starts for our children and they won't even meet us halfway they won't let us speak to the owner nothing. And I know that these women have worked here for quite some time but they really need to reconsider hiring some younger more polite people that are going to work with customers that have been with them for a long time this actually brought me to tears because we will now be paying them the $250 and closing our account with them and telling everybody our story everybody in our community that uses them that loves our family loves our children knows what good people we are businesses should not be ran like this and women that have attitudes should not be allowed to speak on customer service ends.
