They continued to charge me the $81 even though I asked them to pick up their tank because I had apparently agreed to lease the tank from them for 3 full years. Oh well, I guess that's my fault for not reading the fine print when I started buying propane from them. Then, when I asked if they would be refunding me for the unused propane in the tank, they said no. When I objected they again said that provision was also in the lease agreement. So my advice to folks is, don't buy the "we are family" balcony they give you when you sign up and review everything with a fine tooth comb BEFORE you sign anything.

Tonight our furnace stopped working and we called Long Energy for emergency service, after looking up our address the extremely rude woman handling our service call stated that since we purchased fuel with another company they "wouldn't touch our furnace for any reason", leaving us in the cold and searching for another service. After serving 22 years in the Marines, I would say that I am disgusted by this company and their lack of ethics and pride in serving their community. If they were to go out of business tomorrow it wouldn't be soon enough.
