I told him I reserved for the location on Stock Island at 6401 3rd St, Key West only to be told they few available units there although my confirmation clearly had that address and not one single mention of Big Coppitt. BAIT AND SWITCH much Storage Mart? I asked him if my rent to going to skyrocket in a few month, at least he was honest and said it'd from jump from $23 a month to $150. This is definitely deceptive sales tactics.

We have rented a large unit at this facility for about two years. While the office is closed on Sundays, the facility guarantees access daily from 6 AM to 10 PM. As a business owner who relies on dependable access, I urge others to read on. We were returning equipment to our unit and picking up other items when the main door closed and automatically locked behind us. Our access code failed because this facility relies on WiFi-based security, which was down. After an hour of frustration--alongside five other tenants in the same predicament--we reached their telephone support team, only to find them just as helpless as we were. Their solution? "Come back tomorrow." This was not an option--our unit was wide open, and we had no idea if anyone else was inside or when (or if) their WiFi would resume to unlock the doors. Concerningly, another tenant present said the same thing had happened to him within the past month. This suggests an ongoing issue, not an isolated event. If you own a business and need reliable access to your storage unit, think carefully before choosing this facility. I requested a call from a responsible representative three times--the onsite staff are powerless to offer a solution, this review is my last resort. WiFi issues happen, but this facility has no backup solution. A simple on-call local locksmith, security company, or staff member could prevent such incidents. His estimate was very reasonable and he was able to schedule my move for June 1st. My movers were Kyle and Stanley and they were absolutely great! They moved my stuff to my 3rd floor condo (32 steps and no elevator)! They were very professional but really pleasant and friendly.
