Not only how they handled massive pieces of stone but the way the paid attention and care for my home throughout the process was above and beyond expectations. Our tiny powder room is now so useful, the way your team customized the counter for a small space and the outdoor kitchen is just spectacular, and the way the granite blended in with the outdoor cabinetry and media center... is breathtaking ... in all from price to completion, we couldn't be happier. I am a raving fan... and will gladly share that with anyone, at any time. We are so glad we chose TD Stone for our project and appreciate you and how you and your family business helped make our home spectacular. With Gratitude!! Joe & Jacqueline Palm Beach Gardens

We are a luxury real estate development firm in West Palm Beach, FL. We contracted with…read moreSchwarzmann for approximately $250,000 worth of cabinets on a $17.75 million property we developed. Despite having been paid in full, Schwarzmann has evaded completion of our project. It has already been over a year since Schwarzmann contracted to supply the cabinets for this home. Moreover, almost every cabinet they actually did supply was the wrong size or color. The owner, Michael Schluetter, NEVER answers his phone, which has required us to personally pay a visit to his office to get status updates on the project's completion. Each time we tracked Schluetter or his cohorts down, we were told that the missing materials and parts were imminently here from abroad. Unfortunately for us, he was lying, and the materials and parts never arrived. Now we are left with kitchen cabinet doors that do not function properly, missing panels throughout the house, and defective panels that require replacement. It seems as if Schwarzmann has absconded with our money and does not have the necessary working capital to complete the job. We are essentially being held hostage by this company on a $17.75mm home, which remains incomplete because of Schwarzmann's utter disregard for the project and lack of service. We are now forced to pursue legal action and highly recommend you avoid doing business with this company and its owner, Michael Schluetter.

To top it off, they are always on time to come to do the job and answer your calls. I was really surprised about that because living in Miami Beach for almost 18 years, all I've dealt with was unprofessionals and flaky people. They have done multiple jobs in my condo and I am always happy with the results!! Look no further and give them a call, they will answer you or at least call you back in the same day if they missed your call. I am a truly HAPPY customer 100%!!!!!

Sure enough they came in the morning and worked tirelessly all day and completed all four jobs, including smoothing a cement wall, changing an area of drywall, changing baseboards, painting, changed the fascia and reinstalling an outlet related to patching a hole in an exterior wall. We are completely blown away with the attention to detail and the quality of work. PLUS they cleaned up the whole mess and left the leftover supplies. We are so happy. We immediately asked them if they were available to do more smaller jobs around the house and they were nice enough to do a couple of them that same day for a very fair price. Plus they were just nice and easy to communicate with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat without reservation. They are worth every penny. I am so happy and I will definitely be contacting them again in the future for any other jobs we have around the house.
