He was confident in exactly what we needed, stating that he did jobs like this all the time. He gave his honest opinion on how to best approach the job and gave me a quote that came in lower than the ones I had received elsewhere, which included haul away of the branches. We booked for a few weeks out due to the upcoming holiday weekend (4th of July) but then Randy called and said they had an opening for the following day and we hopped on it. The crew showed up 5 min early and got to work quickly. Randy stopped by to go over the details and let his guys take care of the rest. They trimmed all three trees in a little over 3 hours, cleaning as they went. They left my yard exactly how it was before they came, blowing out my driveway and everything. They were efficient and pleasant to have here. My dogs didn't even bark at them, which is saying something! I would highly recommend Randy and his crew if you are looking for quick, quality work and true professionalism with real value.

I requested the cutting of two small trees that were growing thru my stockade fence. The people who are estimating the job are not the people doing the cutting. I requested the trees to be cut from my neighbor's yard close to the ground. I was told that they may be able to cut one of them near the ground. the technician who cut the tree came at 4:30 and was in a hurry to call it a day and return back to the office. He assured me that was the best he could do. It has been about 3 weeks since they cut the tree flush to my fence. There are leaves and shoots already growing thru the fence. I told them that I was unhappy and since I am going to have a new fence in about a month, could they come back when the panel is being replaced and cut it like I had requested. I was told that they could not honor fixing the job they rushed, and I would have to pay again for the completion of the first job. I will definitely get estimates and not use Arbor Tech for any future services. It was like dealing with the cable company. I waited all afternoon and at 3:00 pm I called and asked are they still coming today. They show up at 4:30 pm took 10 minutes and they were proud at how quick they were in and out. Get a second estimate and make sure the quote is on the proposal and the cutting technician is matching the quote to the letter. Hope that you are not the job at the end of their shift. I felt like they were just getting the job done and did not really care to make it right. I paid $350.00 for a 10-minute cut, flush to my old fence. When I replace the section with new fence, they can't be bothered to cut it back to what was written on the job. They told me that the tree is an invasive species. It only took 3 weeks, and it is already growing thru my fence again. I did learn who not to call for tree work in the future. Germaine
