I requested the cutting of two small trees that were growing thru my stockade fence. The people who are estimating the job are not the people doing the cutting. I requested the trees to be cut from my neighbor's yard close to the ground. I was told that they may be able to cut one of them near the ground. the technician who cut the tree came at 4:30 and was in a hurry to call it a day and return back to the office. He assured me that was the best he could do. It has been about 3 weeks since they cut the tree flush to my fence. There are leaves and shoots already growing thru the fence. I told them that I was unhappy and since I am going to have a new fence in about a month, could they come back when the panel is being replaced and cut it like I had requested. I was told that they could not honor fixing the job they rushed, and I would have to pay again for the completion of the first job. I will definitely get estimates and not use Arbor Tech for any future services. It was like dealing with the cable company. I waited all afternoon and at 3:00 pm I called and asked are they still coming today. They show up at 4:30 pm took 10 minutes and they were proud at how quick they were in and out. Get a second estimate and make sure the quote is on the proposal and the cutting technician is matching the quote to the letter. Hope that you are not the job at the end of their shift. I felt like they were just getting the job done and did not really care to make it right. I paid $350.00 for a 10-minute cut, flush to my old fence. When I replace the section with new fence, they can't be bothered to cut it back to what was written on the job. They told me that the tree is an invasive species. It only took 3 weeks, and it is already growing thru my fence again. I did learn who not to call for tree work in the future. Germaine

PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY!!!!…read more On 6/28/2023 at 7:40 am I arrived home from work to J Bonin Tree Services LLC cutting down some of my neighbors trees, that's when I noticed the workers had their tolls laying on my lawn, I asked them nicely to please remove them and stay off the grass as the grass was only 3 weeks old, they removed the tools and I went on my way, shortly after his crew suffered a hydrolic line spill, unknown to me some of this fluid wound up on my newly planted grass, the crew never knocked on my door to inform me, while watering my lawn on 6/30/2023 I noticed the oil spill and burnt grass, I immediately contacted J Bonin Tree Services LLC, I began to speak with their secretary who was trying to explain to me they were not responsible because I signed a contract, I then explained to her I was the neighbor and yes they are responsible for the damage to my grass as they had no permissions from me. This is when a man jumped on the line addressing himself as Jack Bonin, owner of the Company, he then began to say and I quote " I will come over there and fuck up your plants and burn down your house" then proceeded to hang up on me. At this point I have contacted my local authorities Sturbridge, MA Police, an officer arrived took my statement and said he would speak with Mr. Bonin and what is it I want from this? I told the officer he could start with an apology and then we could discuss repairs. Mr. Bonin told authorities he had nothing to say to me and that I could bring him to court if he wanted me to pay, this is all over a 4'×5' section of grass his crew killed with their oil spill. So as it stands I will go to the court house on next available day 7/3/2023 and file said appropriate paperwork and also file a complaint to Mr. Bonin's threat to burn my house down, so if you don't want any problems with this company or your neighbors I would not hire this Company , ​
