DO NOT put the blame on me as I am not an arborist as you're supposed to be!!!!! Be very wary of this company. I called them to treat my very large birch tree for beetle bug disease. I pointed out a few areas I was concerned with where limbs had been previously cut. I was told it's not a problem. Greg treated the areas of disease and suggested a soil test and fertilizer for the tree, both of which I did. Tori came out on April 9, 2026 and inspected the tree. She concluded that one of the trunks was dead along with most of the upheaved roots. She also indicated that the areas of the previously cut limbs were also rotting. She offered to write me an assessment of the tree condition to take to the utility company as if the tree fell it would take down the powers lines. That would have cost $450 which is more than half the cost of having the tree removed!!! As of yesterday the tree has been taken down.

Mark and our family have confidently working together for nearly 30 years with no complaints. He and his men had always been careful cutting trees for us and not leaving a trace once their work was finished. This last time that Mark came to take down a few trees, we noticed a significant difference in his men's workmanship. Upon arrival, I took Mark out onto my deck and specifically asked him to only cut a specific tree down to the height of the adjacent fence. He said he understood. Mark's crew were cutting limbs and letting them crash against our deck leaving indented marks and scuffs on 3 or 4 banisters that we had just had stained. Their carelessness eventually resulted in a full break of one section of our deck railing and spokes and apparently never told Mark. When he called to get paid, I asked him what he wanted to do about the broken portion of the deck and he didn't know what I was talking about. I think what disappointed me the most was Mark's neglect to follow through on my request to only cut the tree closest to the fence to the same height as the fence. I had plans for that one. When I pointed out that it had been cut to the ground, Mark said, "Well, now you can get creative". No apology!! At the end of the day, Mark should have at least apologized and/or offered to take some money off the quoted price for everything that I just I have described- as a gesture of good will. But nothing!! So now I have a deck with marked up bannisters to remind me that Krawiec Tree Service no longer has the same quality of service that we used to count on. March, 2025 R.R

The leak was not fixed properly the second time they were hired, and yet during the third visit the owner decided it was good customer service to charge me for the service call. I do not mind paying for a job well done the first time around, but if a problem is not fixed properly do right by the customer and don't charge them an additional 75 dollars to go back out. A letter was sent to the company with the paycheck stating if they cash this they would lose a customer (Check was cashed today). The workers were nice but the owner obviously does not care about customer service, hence this review.
