I was exhausted and ended up calling National Pest Experts; on 5 pm on a work day, I immediately got Paul, the owner, and we ironed out a meeting the very next day. During our consultation, Paul took time and consideration in explaining rodent physiology and behavior, what types of agents and poisons they would use, what the multi-step approach was for getting rid of these pests inside my home as well as outside on my property, and outlined completely of the game plan which included the types of traps and how they would work. In addition, he provided us with a seven month follow up plan to make sure they stayed out of our home. His prices were extremely fair, and his entire team (family oriented) were helpful and quick. Hands down the BEST exterminator experience we've ever had -- Supra Exterminator is the real deal…read more We recently discovered we had a rodent problem -- we thought it was just mice, but as it turns out, we had unintentionally been hosting Rizzo and his extended rat family in our deck, garage, and basement ceiling. I submitted a request online, and within 5 minutes Supra Exterminator called me directly. He was out the very next day, listened patiently as I confidently rambled on about how our "rat problem was over" and that we were now just dealing with a few mice. Instead of upselling or fear-mongering, he calmly explained the real differences in treatment and set up cameras -- which unfortunately confirmed our uninvited guests were still very much enjoying free rent. Over the following weeks, Supra showed up on time every time, went above and beyond to handle the situation thoroughly, and walked me through every step of the process. He even coordinated to have the deck removed, the entryways patched up, and the same wood replaced -- saving us so much money I don't even want to think about it. Once the infestation was under control, he didn't just leave -- he fully cleaned the affected areas and gave us clear guidance on how to prevent this from ever happening again. The results? Truly beyond anything I could have hoped for. We've worked with big-name exterminators in the past -- those who push you into contracts, ghost you after the first visit, and leave you with the same problem months later. That's how we ended up with the full Rizzo family reunion. Never again. Supra is now our go-to for anything pest-related. No contracts, no pressure -- just honest, responsive, and exceptional service. If you're on the fence, let me make it easy for you: Call Supra. You will not regret it.
