They sell some Coffee items, and coffee beans as they roast their beans. However I was disappointed with the Americano. It tasted watered down. I have been to many coffee shops and ordered Americano, and all the other coffee shops and it can't go wrong! At least it was hot, and the cheddar scone was good. Which probably means it was at least average. I have made pour overs with the Wush Wush beans and it's super fruity and bright. Definitely a great cup of coffee to enjoy after waking up. Since it's summer, Outpost opens all their windows, which means a lot of wasps come inside. Personally, I'm pretty afraid of them so our group didn't stay for very long after we got everything we needed. They do have a mini vacuum to suck up some of the pesky wasps.

Although Sterling Junction area is new to me, I'm familiar with Bloor West and find this to be a great addition to the neighbourhood! Ethica is a fairly big space, much bigger than a lot of the independent coffee shops in the area. Very clean, very airy, family friendly, with lots of seating for socializing and tables to work from. The baristas were friendly and super easy to strike up an organic conversation. As a roaster with a huge selection of single-origin coffees, it was difficult to choose from, but the Ethiopian Flat White was great and I look forward to eventually trying the rest!
