yes, another delivery!

Humble (I don't really know anything opinon..) Hands down the best coffee/roaster in Toronto... Canada? Heritage I discovered at Rooster Coffeehouse. I've bought hundreds of cups/bags. Thank you.

This was a planned visit as was grabbing a danish (hint hint) nearby as wanted to try it out. The setup is nice and clean and seems quite functional and designed for the grab and go crowd. I liked the separate espresso brew heads frothing heads integrated into the counter area. Sure beats a giant espresso machine hogging space in the display area. The staff is pleasant. Here is the verdict for the cappuccino Espresso: Mellow Crema': OK Milk: Deent Latte Art: OK I guess to be fair the barista offered me more latte art next time after she saw me taking a pic. 3 Star all said and done as I prefer a bolder espresso shot. Good option for this area.

Stumbled upon this coffee shop on my way to meet friends and I'm glad I did. It smelled heavenly upon entrance, the crew was nice, and the Iced Americano sure woke me up.

The one saving grace about having to wait an hour for the bus to go home post-night shift is that Pilot is open for business. Located within Union Station, the shop is small with no actual seating of its own. I opted for their VANILLA LATTE ($5.65, tax included) and honestly loved it! The vanilla is subtly sweet, beans were a little on the sweeter side as well, and the drink overall was very smooth and creamy. Made at drinking temperature, I couldn't help by finish this within 10-15 mins. Wish they had a little more variety for their coffee menu but they are specialized and good at what they do, definitely recommend!

Pilot Coffee Roasters' coffee stand inside Union Station's Great Hall probably one of the best addition or one of the best changes that happened at Union Station. I always like Pilot Coffee and this location though small but coffee is well made and with nice latte art. I was lucky there was no line up at all when I was there and services was friendly. Just happy to have one of our local indie coffeeshop/roastery that able to open up in one of the busiest travel hub in Toronto. Not another Starbucks or Tim Horton's! Now maybe we should have one at YYZ?

This is inside Union Station in the newly renovated flow through space between Via Rail, TTC and GO. So if you're just grabbing a coffee and you know exactly what you want, it's great. Super fast. Bring your own mug, cool. Pretty sure you get a discount for that too, but don't quote me. If you don't know what you want or want to ask a question, this isn't so much the place for that. There was literally no one else in the place when I asked my question. I flustered the staff (2 different times, 2 different people) by asking simple questions. I tried to make it easier by generalizing what I was looking for, but seemed to only confuse them more. The coffee is fine, but I've had better experiences at their other locations.

Last second decision to taste before adding sugar, then deciding not to add sugar...proved to be the best decision of the day...

Hidden in the labyrinth that is Union station, this quick grab n' go coffee shop really bring a little bit of sunshine to your day. They roast their own beans and the level of quality definitely reflects in the products they serve. I ordered a cappuccino and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was bliss. Rich and full bodied. I am definitely not a coffee connoisseur nor do I claim to be. I love my coffees taken like desserts- I actually prefer my caffeinated drinks to be sweeter than most desserts I enjoy. I dislike bitterness and quite a baby about it. However, this is one of the rare occasions that I was able to enjoy the cappuccino as is without added sugar. The coffee had a very pleasant taste and the expected bitterness was muted, there was a slight enjoyable aftertaste of sweet notes following each sip. The foam provided a nice yet rich mouth feel with every sip. I quite enjoy the addictive quality of the different range bitter to sweet progression. I've never had quite the experience, it was good to the very last drop. The price is a lot steeper, but almost expected for the area. However, in fairness the service and quality will somewhat justify the tag. I love watching the barista artfully pour out the foam art. Overall, I love the experience. I would go back from time to time, when I'm not too broke. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants to experience good coffee. Their menu is not extensive but cover all the basis for drip coffee and espresso drinks-I appreciate that I didn't need to stand there and stress over too many options when I'm yet to be functional (aka uncaffeinated).

Great spot to grab a quick coffee at Union Station that isn't Tims or McD's, but if there's a line up I'd skip it. Takes a long time as most people are ordering fancy coffee drinks like complicated lattes and there is usually only one barista and one person taking orders so kinda slow. But if there's no lineup worth the visit. No place to sit down as its a to-go spot but lots of seating all over Union.

UMMM MOCHA!

Great choice of coffee. A bit pricey but you get good quality stuff. Staff is not really friendly.

Setup is amazing but the coffee didn't match my expectations. Tasted mostly of milk unfortunately.

A quick Google search for a coffee stop (that wasn't my usual Union station stop) brought me to…read moreFound Coffee. This coffee shop is nestled semi-behind a pillar beside the lobby of the Intercontinental hotel Toronto, which adds to its charm for me, in a way. Love finding a good "hole in the wall" :) I love the bright, feminine, beachy decor and coral pink & aqua blue accents. It's not too tropical, but it definitely transports you outside of Canada. Coupled with Aussie staples like vegemite and Noosa magazines (takes me straight back there!), as well as gorgeous ceramic coffee mugs for purchase, the vibes are great here. While it is a smaller shop, there is enough seating for 3 tables, and it's very cozy. Had to go for a flat white, given the Aussie homage here. This one got my approval (and I'm picky about my flat whites) - they used a lighter, more balanced espresso roast, paired with just the right amount of creamy frothed milk. They also had a banana bread latte that my companion really enjoyed too! Looking forward to my next visit!

Super cute little coffee shop located in the lobby of the InterContinental…read more Everything here is Instagram worthy and on brand. It's a tiny, cozy place with only a couple tables and tall chairs, so they can really only accommodate grab-and-go orders, other than a few people to sit or work. Perfect for a coffee before a Jays game or if you're here for a conference next door. I realized it was already late fall and I hadn't yet had my one and only PSL of the year, so that's what I ordered. It was decent as far as PSL's go and came with a lovely little foam pumpkin on top. Tres adorbs. The iced strawberry matcha latte also looked incredible and I had order envy. My friend ordered a pastry and said it was delicious. They also have a great little selection of food items, canned bevvies, coffee beans, teas, as well as souvenir gifts for purchase such as ceramic mugs. Did I mention the coffee was really good?
