I'll level with you. We wanted to go somewhere really quick tonight. Family of 5, let's get something fast. On Halloween night around 5, most places would have a line and would be swamped , so I recalled that this place was kind of new and frankly, I assumed no one would be there. Their loss. Really nice gem of a find. Great sandwiches on level with Ike's or Mr Pickles, but better in my opinion. Kids all thought it was going to be more like Subway, since the location was formerly a Subway. Nope. Great selection, quality stuff and the boys have a new favorite alternative to same old burgers takeout. read more

Good local sandwich shop. I've been working my way through the menu (have had about six different sandwiches) and have not had a bad sandwich so far. The staff are super friendly and I like the nice touch of getting a cookie. The prices might be a bit more expensive than nationwide chains (e.g. Subway, Togo's) but I think it is a small price to pay for a good local restaurant. read more

Great little sub shop. I ordered the Say Hey Kid and it was excellent. Beef and chicken/turkey has always been my favorite sub combo so it was nice to find a place making it. Bread was fresh and crispy after toasting. Sauce was tasty and the ingredients were fresh and generous. Was going to go to a chain sub shop up the street but spotted this place driving by so did a u-turn and checked it out. Highly recommended. It lives up to its name. read more

Great sub place, everything I've tried so far has not disappointed. Their vegan meatball sub is better then Jersey mike's IMO. And you get a free cookie with your order. 10/10 better than subway that used to be here. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I went in to order 3 sandwiches. They weren't super busy. I ordered three of the same sandwiches. They did not give us a receipt. They only made two. When the employee called out our order, we noticed it was two sandwiches. We mentioned we ordered three. She said only charged us for two. Okay cool. Make us the third. We get home & our order is wrong. Second time ordering from here & our orders were wrong. I will not be coming back. read more

Food is really great. But y'all need to fix your website. It's basically nonfunctional on Android and MS. Riddled with spammy pop ups that look like viruses. So unfortunately I don't eat here very often because it's not possible to order ahead online, the menu is inaccessible. If you can go order in person, I highly recommend checking them out. Came in because of a promo they shared at Ronnie's Morning Get Together (cars and coffee.) Had the Mike Tyson BBQ beef and cheddar. The BBQ sauce is sweet but has just the right amount of spice. The bread was good too...I like the variety of interesting sandwiches! Will be back to try another. read more

Wanted to try a new sandwich place and this one caught my eye, little did I know. Got the Al Pacino which was so flavorful I had to go back and get a different type today. The TriTip was a bit out of my comfort zone but didn't disappoint either. Next on the list is The Sloppy Joban with a side of chips of course. I ordered the Zuckerburg sandwich on Sweet French Bread (instead of the normal Dutch Crunch). The owner told me that this was the most popular sandwich he serves. The sandwich is piled high with very flavorful thinly sliced baked chicken, bacon, cheese and smothered with Chipotle sauce. Very tasty. I recommend this new choice for a healthy, hearty sandwich. A nice touch was the homemade chocolate chip cookie that was included for free with my sandwich. read more

Though it's out of my way, i come here about every other week. The sandwiches are imaginative & well made with the Al Pacino my go-to but the Zuckerberg is a close second ( when I'm in the mood for some heat ). Bryan and his co-horts are pleasant, professional & work their magic from behind the counter so, with 3 sandwiches, 2 chips / salads / pickles, I'm out in less than 5 minutes. The ONLY concern i have is that juicy Dill pickles travel better in more than just a paper bag. Fortunately, i ate the pickles before they totally leaked through so no harm, no foul. I'm glad they're there, just wish they were closer but such is life, eh? read more

Ordered breakfast at 7 AM - received stale bagel (very hard to even bite through). Dry and, likely leftover hash and, microscopic traces of bacon which were lost in a dry yellow substance (cheese?) on this "Bagganator" sandwich. Terrible The sandwich went in the garbage can after the first bite - so did the thought of ever ordering from SAL. Hate giving bad reviews! read more

Super nice service from a young woman at the counter. Got one breakfast bagel sandwich with bacon and one with sausage. Great portions and prices, but lacking seasoning and flavor. First time trying this place and its now my favorite local sandwich shop. Dutch crunch and sourdough breads were both excellent. We had the Zuckerberg, Say Hey Kid and French Dip sandwiches and liked them all with preference in that order. The accompanying potato salad was delicious as well. The sandwich sizes were generous. The three of us would have been full with two. Prices are good given the quality. I also liked that the menu was broad but not overwhelming which helped to avoid decision fatigue. read more
