The food here is perfectly decent, yummy even. And for the price, it's great! I would certainly eat here again. I ordered a burger and for less than $9, I got a satisfying meal. Everything tasted just like you would expect. It didn't blow my mind, but it was a good burger. The service is fast and polite. I have nothing to complain about there. They take Apple Pay and let you occupy your table for as long as you want. The ambiance may leave something to be desired. It's just a simple diner with a few tables and a small kitchen. It's great if you want a cheap meal in a hurry, but it might not be the most exciting place to bring friends to enjoy a restaurant meal.

The kind of flavor only an old, greasy griddle can give you... And I mean that in the best way possible. This is a no frills breakfast and lunch spot with very good prices and friendly service. I opted for the bacon breakfast burrito and was not disappointed. The tortilla had good grill marks and the eggs were fluffy and perfectly wrapped around bacon and hash browns. Can't ask for much more than that! I took it to go because I was on the road but there are a couple tables inside. Not the greatest seating section so maybe go find a park if you need a certain ambiance.

Food here is made with love and never disappoints! I've been coming here for many years and this place always has that home cooked vibe. Don't be deterred by the hole in the hall feel, these women behind the counter know what they're doing. I will be returning weekly for their bacon breakfast burritos.

Gus's breakfast sandwich with bacon on white, no hot sauce, no hash browns. Think: BLT with an egg and cheese. The best!!

Excellent breakfast sandwich, every time! Pretty good burgers too. Efficient service.

Are used to come this establishment over 20 years ago. I felt like reminiscing over my childhood and decided to take a drive. What a disappointment... Considering I cam all the way from Gilroy. I wish I would've gone to the taco place next-door Rico's tacos. I looked at all the different menu photos nothing looked very appetizing. A lot of the photos do not correlate what is up on their menu. Not sure what is available and what's not. I decided to order their patty melt. What can you possibly screw up on a patty melt? I asked how it was prepared I was told with mayo, sauce, tomato and lettuce... Which is not what a traditional patty melt is. A patty melt is a hamburger patty with grilled onions, Swiss cheese (it has holes) and thousand Island dressing between two toasted slices of rye bread. Sometimes it includes pickles. When I opened up my sandwich to take a look at it... It was pathetic... Minimal grilled onions and you can't even called them grilled because there was no color to them... Grilled onions usually have a brown caramel color... the cheese wasn't even melted...Zip zero nada. With great sadness and disappointment I walked up to the owner/cook and asked a bout the sauce, she became very rude and offensive and said I told you there was only mayo. I asked by chance if they had any thousand Island dressing and she stated "no, only ranch." I took the ranch and thought that would maybe be helpful. I decided to taste it before spreading it on my dry melt, it was just some cheap bottled sauce it tasted nasty I decided just to eat my poor little patty melt the way it was given to me Unfortunately, they are condiment bar does not exist. There are packets of salt, pepper, and ketchup. If there would've been some mayo and relish I could've made my own thousand Island dressing. I am so disgusted. I would not come back to this location ever, for anything. Maybe they do a decent breakfast... I can get decent a lot closer to home.

Gosh it's been years since I've been to Gus's Meat & Deli. Apparently he no longer owns it "for like the last 13 years!!!, boy have I been out of the loop" Gus use to have Gyro meat on a spike over his stove that he would slice. "No longer" (I digress) Inside they have an easy to read menu and great pictures of the food items on the wall. I ordered my old go to the Gyro in a pita wrap (comes with Chunks of Gyro meat, raw onions, tomatoes and some kind of sauce) overall I thought it was quite good. Wifey ordered the Gus's special 3 eggs, 2 slices of bread, hash browns, bacon and sausage. The eggs were good the hash browns (frozen) the bacon rubbery sad face definitely not the Gus's of yesteryears. The service was good 4 stars The hood top was filthy "and I mean F-I-l-t-h-y" Overall 2.5 stars. I would have gave them 3 if the stove top was clean.

Best breakfast burrito in the area. Friendly service, and close to where I live. Will return frequently.

There are a variety of sides to choose from, but I always go for my main sides: fries and tater tots. They're seasoned really well and only enhance the main dish. Their milkshakes... the best! They're thick and creamy, and not overly sweet. Two of my favorites are the mint chocolate chip and the banana. So, so good! The staff does a great job of making sure you're taken care of, even on a busy work day. Even if a mistake was made on your order, the staff is quick to correct it and fire up another fresh item to bring to the table. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!

I got the classic cheeseburger and added pineapple, mushrooms, grilled onions, bacon... pretty much everything I was craving. I love when a burger place lets you customize your burger and add as many toppings as you want, so of course, I went all in! The burger was really good, and everything tasted fresh off the grill. I also loved that they have an area with different sauces and condiments. I tried this yellow mustard-style sauce that was SO good. I had ordered their traditional sauce on the side because I didn't know what it tasted like, but after trying it, I honestly wouldn't have minded having it right inside the burger. And the fries! Super crispy and so good. Overall, such a good burger and exactly what I was craving that day. Now I understand why my friends recommended this place. The only problem is that I might need to stay away for a little while because next time I'll probably go all in with the toppings again .

I think there's been maybe one or two instances where they were slammed and things got dicey. So... over five years of coming here and a nearly impeccable record of consistency you could set a watch to? In the age of self pay kiosks with suggested tip buttons and blank faced drones for employees, Brew City Grill brings a dining experience from an era far superior to whatever *gestures wildly at everything* this is. One of these days I need to make the pilgrimage of Uncle John's Pancake House for breakfast/lunch, and Brew City for lunch/dinner. Yeah, they're that good, and it's money well spent to support local businesses with solid, reliable staff.

The cheese on top wasn't even melted, and the chicken had a rubbery texture and taste. Argh! Then came the mushroom burger. The sautéed mushrooms were cold and meat patty was dry, didn't feel the mushroom was freshly cooked at all. Lastly, the music they were playing was so sad and sorrowful. It didn't make the place feel lively or inviting at all. I came in hungry and was really looking forward to the food, so when it turned out to be this bad, it was especially disappointing. Great service, but unfortunately, the food just didn't live up to expectations.

We already knew that we would be going back there as a regular stop for dinner, but we were even more impressed when I realized I could not find my small purse for a couple of days and then the owner of sliders showed up and delivered it to my house with all my things in it. Did I order on an off day? The reviews are so great and my food was nowhere near being good. The…read morebest I can say about it was that the burger was a nice thick patty but it was a nice thick patty of essentially cardboard. I just opted for a fairly simple burger via DD. I ordered the Mozzarella burger. What I received was a burger drier than the Sahara Desert. No amount of mayo or mustard could save this hockey puck. The bun was good and had a nice toasted look to it and I liked that they put the toppings on the side. But that's where the good part stops. As I mentioned, the burger was so dry. It wasn't even pleasant to eat. On top of that the patty wasn't even seasoned. So, it was flavorless and dry. I ate about half of it out of hunger and gave the rest to my dog. The two mozzarella sticks on the burger were alright. They were the run of the mill frozen mozzarella sticks and weren't really even cooked all that well. The two slices of bacon tasted and looked like that precooked bacon you get at Costco. While I do know people who like that stuff, I don't. If it was the precooked bacon from Costco (or even if it wasn't) it was thin and flavorless. As for the "crispy" fries that were supposed to be Cajun, I was sent plain fries. And they are those frozen French fries that have the crust stuff on them. I know people love them and I am not the popular opinion here but I hate those things. I just like a regular fry that is cooked nice and crispy. These double fried (for lack of a better word) fries are always gross in my opinion. But take that with a grain of salt because like I said, most people like those things. It was just all around a totally disappointing meal. Based on the reviews I was really hoping I would be finding a new burger spot but for me, this wasn't it. I just can't do overcooked burgers.
