Terrible customer service and communication. They do not speak with their customers or work with them and if something is backlogged they will not bother to tell you or update you on the shipping situation, I waited over 5 weeks for the customer service representative to tell me the manufacture wasn't producing the item anymore. I just went ahead and cancelled my order and shopped somewhere else. Highly recommend never using these guys. read more

Bought a few items at FT86Speedfactory, which is the same company that owns Subispeed. Emailed them about the order, never got a reply, still waiting for it, very poor customer service. They need to improve that if they want to continue to survive as a company and compete with broader marketplace. Having the customer and fans support your brand is key, and at the moment I am not impressed with them. I doubt I will be ordering from them again. read more

As many others on here my order of "in stock" items is delayed! I received an email from them in regards to 1 of the 3 items that I purchased telling me that it's 3-4 week back ordered, when I purchased this item it stated in stock! I emailed them last week and still waiting to hear back!!! The only item that they shipped is the grill which they make. I left a VM and never got a call back...what a joke of a CS!!!! I will never buy from them again. read more

Worst customer service experience. They will not help me out with a failed product. Their emails basically told me to order a new part instead of replacing the one that was damaged based on their installation instructions. I tried calling and physically talking to some one. No one will call me even after I left a voicemail. It's a joke of a company. read more

I called them to inquire about some C lights for my WRX. Their smug attitude on the phone quickly made me realize that customer service is not their top priority. I'm glad they acted like jerks before I gave them my CC number. Pe@ce SubiSpeed I'm out. read more

FT86SPEEDFACTORY - BUYER BEWARE TOYOTA OEM GT86 LHD ARM REST - 2013+ FR-S / BRZ As you are aware the FRS does not come with an arm rest. There is just a center console with a huge gap and cup holder which give you nowhere to rest your arm. That being said the arm rest was the first thing I got for my car and figured I would spend a little extra for the OEM one because I was led to believe it was better quality. Well I bought this in March and not even 6 months later the Pin that connects the top half to the bottom half and also allows the top to open broke off. I baby my car so there was no abuse or extremes to cause this to break. I reached out to customer service hoping there would be some sort of solution or warranty to resolve this issue. When I told them my situation they told me THERE IS NO WARRANTY and I would have to buy a whole new one. First off $200 for an armrest is a little extreme as it is. Also for installation I had to drill holes in my center console so its not like I can take it off and not have an arm rest. After I expressed my disappointment I was offered a WHOLE $30 DISCOUNT to buy a new one. read more

I placed an order with them Dec 3rd and their website showed it was in stock; on Dec 5th I received an email stating it was not in stock. I then emailed to cancel my order - (my mistake was not searching for reviews earlier), all the reviews on yelp made me regret placing my order at all. However - I received a response in less than an hour, although it was a bit rude (I noticed on their site it says for a cancellation they can charge 6-25%), I decided to respond nicely and my order was cancelled and I received a full refund. The response I got was "When you placed your order our site clearly indicated that item was backordered" with a screenshot of their site..... yeah I easily could've taken the same screenshot at the moment and highlighted the word "back order". Either way, I guess they either had a slow day, or are doing better with their customer service. So 3 stars due to the rudeness and misinformation. read more

This company is complete trash. We ordered several things on their website but a different item was mailed to us. So we contacted them via email as they require for all contact attempts since they're trash and don't have customer service phone numbers. The woman that handled our issue needed us to send multiple photos of the incorrectly shipped item which although that is understandable, she did not say in her initial email what exactly she needed a picture of so it took a total of 3 emails and 2 days to get to her what she needed. It was more frustrating because the item then sent to us by accident was 4 times the price of the $50 part we purchased so really we could have been assholes and just resold that part and made money. So this woman with subispeed 'processes' our order again to have the correct part sent and surprise surprise, they sent ANOTHER WRONG ITEM. Word of advise guys, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is horrible and their shipping is crap. I was so excited and planned to purchase all of my Subaru parts from this company but now after this experience we will never buy from them again and we will be steering our friends clear of the headaches that clearly come with dealings of this company. read more

Do not waste you're time with Subispeed. Cheap parts with awful customer service. I will never even open their website page again. You cant even leave a bad review on their products because it just gets deleted immediately after posting. If i could give this company no stars i would. I bought a HID kit because it looked like a good quality kit, and when i opened the box to go install the lights there was no installation instructions at all. I had to go off of a not very detailed picture offline. When i finally figured out how to install the lights i went to turn them on and they didnt work. After some troubleshooting i realized that some of the wiring connectors were wired wrong!! When they finally worked properly they worked great for about a week and a half. Then they started to flicker and eventually didnt come on at all. After contacting customer service, in particular CASEY was no help at all. You cant even call this company directly as they deal with all customer inquiries through emails. I exchanged a number of confusing emails detailing i did not want a refund and just needed a new replacement kit to fix the problem with the kit i already had. Instead they still just refunded me my money with no email informing me of the change. I waited around for a WEEK for my replacement kit in the mail. After i still requested a new kit, i was told that i would have to buy the kit again off of their website and they would cover a faster shipping method. Well the kit was sold out and CASEY could not give me a time when they would be re-stocked. Instead CASEY instructed me to buy a different HID kit that was in stock and they all happened to be more expensive. How conveinient for Subispeed. Needless to say i took my buisness elsewhere. read more

The previous reviews are on point. I wish I would have seen them before I purchased almost 700.00 from them. First they should have a customer service number to contact instead of the email us we will get back to you in 24-48 hours. I emailed them Saturday 6/8 about the spoiler I ordered for my WRX which was missing a screw. The worst part is it turns out the screws they sent me were too short and did not even work with my spoiler I found this out after the holes were drilled in my trunk to put this spoiler on. I had to go out and purchase the correct screws to make it fit. I understand 24-48 hours to get back to you which in my case was a weekend so I should have gotten a response by Tuesday, Wednesday the latest but I did not get any response at all. Reviews are right as soon as they have your money they can care less about fixing any issue they have caused. I will NEVER order from them again! There is plenty of other company's that I will give my money too that care about customer service. read more

This company has great products however they are not interested in pleasing their customers whatsoever. I purchased a few items from them on separate occasions and they stated it would take 3-5 business days. It took almost 12 weeks to receive the items. They told me that they had no more in stock and it would be 4-6 weeks before the items would reach me. After 8 weeks I emailed them again asking where my items were and they said they just shipped out from the manufacturer and they would ship it to me after receiving them. I asked for some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. They said no. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks from the beginning. It took 12 weeks! They don't seem to care about keeping customers. read more
