Being from Philly, I was so used to acrylic nails but since getting my nails done in Delaware, I've been introduced to gel. I've tried a few salons out and most in the Middletown area don't even offer acrylic services or always recommend gel. I can honestly say the gel has been good to my nails. They are stronger, grow healthy, and they dont easily chip or break. I've been to this salon a few times before reviewing it to ensure its consistency, as I've had some inconsistent experiences with another salon in the same area. Overall, her attitude and behavior do not reflect the level of professionalism or warmth expected at the front desk and can negatively affect the salon's atmosphere and client experience.

So I stopped going . No follow up or wellness check/call. Andrea out of the blue sends me a promotional text about her services. I didn't respond. Then she sends me another text addressing me properly by name asking me how I am which was the text she should of sent me first. Andrea has a warm and welcoming personality and we found all sorts of subjects to discuss. She is extremely knowledge about all things regarding hair processes and products. I loved how my treatment turned out, I am getting all sorts of compliments from friends and relatives about my hair. You won't go wrong to visit and have any sort of treatment done. I tried pointing it out and she just kept polishing and ignoring me. Finally the guy came over and was very rude offering me to go pick out a new polish. So I did and he kept explaining to me that once he does it he won't redo it. As if it's my fault. He took over from the girl and when he took the polish off it looked like he was correcting some of her horrible pedicure then he re-polished them and they look horrible. When I went in to inform her, she was extremely rude to me and refused to refund my manicure even after I paid over $75 seeing the doctor and showed her medical proof of my infection. She didn't believe that it was the manicure that caused it even though the doctor said it was. Absolutely terrible customer service and clearly not a hygienic facility.
