He gave me an ETA next day of 8 to 10 am and showed up at 8:40 after calling me Brian was absolutely a great technician, explained everything as he went along and quickly diagnosed the problem. It seemed that the ice maker was leaking water to the bottom of the refridgerator causing a 4 inch block of ice preventing the intake of air to the refridgerator.
