Just had a great experience with Sub-zero appliance! Our water and ice dispenser malfunctioned on our fridge. We contacted them and they were able to come the same day. They also fit us in even sooner and called to give us a heads up. Brad was very friendly and professional and was quickly able to diagnose what the issue was and explained to me the issue. The cost for the parts and labor, although reasonable, were more than our fridge was worth (it's 12 years old) and Brad was honest enough to agree. So we are electing to just purchase a new one. If we have any issues with our new fridge, we will definitely be contacting these guys again. read more

Our built in refrigerator decided to leak water so we contacted Sub Zero LA Service. Brad arrived the next day, on time, quickly diagnosed our problem then described two repair approaches. The first involves applying some silicon caulk in our leaking drop pan (something I can do for less than $10). The second requires a fair amount of labor to replace that drop pan. BRAD and this company are an ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVOR!!! After dealing with another company and warranty company run arounds for 7 WEEKS we decided to forget the warranty and just get it fixed ourselves. I called Sub-Zero Appliances LA at 3:30 TODAY looking for someone to come out this week and they told us someone will be there TODAY between 5-9. Brad showed up at about 5:30. He was very polite, took is time, explained everything he was doing, and cleaned up after his work was done. Its now 7:00 and our refrigerator is FIXED! He had the part right outside in his van, it did not need to be ordered and he got right to work. Note we have been without our viking refrigerator for 7 weeks, we had to go out and buy a cheap one just so we could keep food in the house. Brad also told us if there is a problem and the temp doesn't go down to call them back and he will come back tomorrow to check it out but there should not be a problem. Brad brought some surprising high integrity to his service call. The ice maker wasn't working, he tested it and said he thought it needed to be replaced. This would be north of $700+, but then he asked some smart questions, and did some further listening to our Sub Zero Fridge. He said, "sounds like the motor wants to work but might not be getting water to it". Turns out the Culligan man who was out about a week before (same time frame it stopped working) had inadvertently turned off the water valve to the fridge. So, instead of a $700+ bill to replace the ice maker, it was a $65 service call. That's just old fashioned integrity. Thanks Brad for doing the right thing by us. read more

Brad is a SAVIOR! I've had 4 different guys come out here to try and find the leak in my freezer line and all of them swore they fixed it and left, only to have my freezer stop freezing within weeks. Best service ever! I had never gotten a maintenance service on my subzero since we purchased it 8 years ago. Service light had come on for a while and knew I had to do something fast.
