Arthur was quick to respond to my inquiry, and we were able to schedule an appointment the same day! He arrived on time, walked me through what was wrong with my dryer, and explained how he was going to repair it. Before doing any work or replacing any parts, he gave me a very reasonable quote, which I really appreciated. The repair was done quickly, and now my dryer is working perfectly and sounds just like it did the day we first brought it home. I highly recommend Arthur for his professionalism, honesty, and quality of work. I'll definitely call him again if I need another appliance repaired. read more

Artur was very straightforward, he knows these machines very well. He found the issue quickly on my dryer, and as soon as the part arrived, he let me know and came a day later. He checked for gas leaks, used floor protectors, and stuck to the original quoted cost with no problems. read more

Arthur arrived on time. Fixed my stovetop in just a few minutes. Overall great experience!

Artur fixed my Kitchenaid fridge today, 9/12/26. Apparently, I broke the water filter casing. He had to come twice. The first time to diagnose and the second time, today, to fix it. He works very cleanly, he is fast, well-equipped, polite, educational, and does what he says he is going to do (very important to me as I am very busy). I'm so glad I found him here. I will have him as my appliance guy forever. The price was fair and I believe he would not sell me some bs. I asked him about changing the rubber seal around the doors and he said I don't need it yet. My experience is that you can trust Artur and you will be happy with his work. Filtered water gushes like a fountain now. Thanks, Artur! read more

This is my first review. Never have I been this compelled to recommend someone -- to everyone. My dishwasher had been written off as too old, too broken down to repair. Several times. I didn't want to give up. I knew it was a great machine. When I reached him, neither did Artur. He didn't quit til it worked again -- like new. (actually better than what's new now) Artur is a master. His integrity, honesty and work ethic are incomparable. read more

My clothes dryer stopped working a few days, ago. I had used the services of Arter, the repair technician, for another service. So, I knew I would receive excellent service. I called and made an appointment with him. He was right on top of things. Arter came over and diagnosed the problem. He spent a good amount of time working on the dryer. It turns out that the vent is clogged and needs to be cleared out. Going forward Arter advised what I should do and who to call. His work is impeccable and his initial charge is very reasonable. He is very fair. Call him. You will be very happy. Lastly, he is very polite and has a great attitude. Thanks, Arter for job, well done. read more

I couldn't ask for a better experience with Art. He was very responsive in messaging and texts, got here the same day and had my dryer up and running in no time. I will use his services again in a heartbeat! read more

I called in the afternoon and Artur set up a time for the evening on the same day. It took him just a few minutes to diagnose the problem and provide me with an estimate. He needed to order a part and said it would take a few days. A few days later, he texted me to let me know he had received the part and could come in the early afternoon the next day. He moved my refrigerator out of its very tight spot and took extra care to avoid damaging my tile floors. He worked on my fridge for well over 2 hours. He replaced the part, defrosted a plugged drain line, cleaned my coils, and swept the floor where the fridge has been sitting for the past 10 years. Given the time he spent fixing the problem and the speed with with he came out when I called him, I'd say Artur and Master Appliance Repair is a solid 5 stars. I would not hesitate to call them back should I need any further appliance repair. read more

Allen has been my go to guy for any appliance needing repair for about 5 years. He has fixed everything and saved me so much money. He is prompt and explains everything and will repair everything that's worth repairing. Only once did he recommend that it was time to get a new appliance, and even then before I shopped he gave me tons of advice for what to avoid. He's been right on all of it. Best of all: he is extremely fair with his pricing and very honest. I highly recommend Allen for all your appliance needs. read more

Contacted Art on 4/11 and made an appt. for today 4/12 11:00-2:00. Sent him my address and directions. Gave him my Model # and serial #. Today texted twice and finally called to see where he was as it is now 3:00. He did not even have me down for an appt. for today. Said he was sorry and he would make it for tomorrow. I replied NO THANK YOU! You made me take off work for over 4.5 hours already. I do not need someone who conducts business this way. Very poor on his part. I would not ever rely on him again~~~~This was also done on his website on Yelp and personally by cell. Hopefully Art you will see my reply with a snapshot of the messages I sent to you. I did give you all that info. and was just waiting for you to get back to me. It went through Yelp so you must receive messages from them directly also. read more

We've been using Artur for a few years, even referred him to my mother-in-law who used him as well. Recently he charged me $59 for a diagnostic that was to be applied towards the repair, turned out the part that he needed is discontinued and so the repair is impossible to complete. Artur told me he'd find a workaround and then never reached out, I had to text him a few times to get a response. Finally I asked if he could refund me my money so I could use it towards another fridge, since the whole point of his diagnostic is to fix things and he can't actually fix my fridge. He refused. I don't think that's right or good business sense since I won't be using him again. No shortage of these guys out there. read more

My washing machine was leaking and I send a massage through the App late Sunday night and Arturo came early Monday morning . He was very nice and checked for a few minutes until he figured out the problem, the gasket had a small hole so he had to change it. It took a little bit over an hour start to end and I was charged a very fair price. I definitely recommend and will save his number for any future problems. read more

I needed to have some work done on my old--but mostly still good--dishwasher. Art gave me a very fair quote and was able to order the actual exact specific part I needed. He is very friendly + very knowledgeable, and he was more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. He cleaned up once finished, too, which is pretty rare. I'm used to having to clean up the work area afterwards. Someone else on here wrote: "Art is responsive, polite, and reliable" Another reviewer wrote: "...the most honest guy in the business." I agree!! If you're sorting through Yelp reviews trying to figure out who to call, I'd make Master Appliance Repair your first call. Five stars, thank you! read more

Friend referred me to Artu. My dishwasher was leaking, so I called him and he returned my call within 5 mins of leaving a message. I explained the issue and he said he could come by later that day and gave a very fair diagnosis fee. He arrived as promised and quickly gave the repair issue and estimate which I felt was also very reasonable for an expensive Bosch dishwasher. He was professional, prompt, easy to talk to and gave great tips to keep the dishwasher running smoothly. Great service and will recommend him in the future. read more

I called Master Appliance Repair because our oven's lower burner wasn't working. Artur, asked me to explain my problem and he was able to determine two possible causes that were attributing to the problem. He came over the next day, and replaced the igniter for a very reasonable price. What I really appreciated besides his professionalism and punctuality was that his service was very respectful in regards to COVID. He wore booties over his shoes, gloves, and a mask without us asking him to. No one wants their appliances to stop working but when it does, Master Appliance Repair is a good number to have on hand. Strongly recommend. read more

Earlier this week I had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator and Samsung wasn't able to come out until the second week of March. That was way to long to look at it especially since I just went grocery shopping the day before. I called a total of 3 places. This one was the last one and it ended up being the lifesaver. He promised he would be at my home in an hour an half. And he was and less then 20 minutes he had my fridge fixed and back into tip top almost brand new condition. Been so swamped with everything possum, to a business meeting, to therapy session etc I haven't been able to do a review until now. I highly recommend this company.
