Excellent experience with Elijah and Nate! I had ordered an LG Washtower washer/dryer combo from Costco. Costco's delivery + installation was a debacle. Had to reschedule since Costco didn't include all the parts and then when they came back after I purchased the parts they then said they had a policy where they wouldn't install it since my condo unit uses a wall drain instead of a floor drain. I recently had a great experience a few weeks ago with Quickfix Appliance Repair. My service technician was David who on time, very kind & professional. My initial service call was for my Kenmore dryer which had "stopped spinning" after a loud popping noise one day prior to my appointment.
