They fixed my dryer and charged a fair price. Best thing is to stop by and schedule an appointment personally. Great service and saved $$$$.

Many of their products are made in Korea, which I loved! I came for something very specific and not only did they have the product, it was much cheaper compared to what I can find online. I ended up buying more than what I came here for because I couldn't pass on the high quality slippers, buckwheat pillows, and dishwashing gloves! This place has a small parking lot attached, but they also have another parking lot just across the street for overflow. They accept credit card as well!

Kim's Home is totally comp. to a Korean Target or Ikea Marketplace…read more They sell almost anything you could think of plus more. From reading the low star reviews, I think you need to only purchase items that you don't care about returning. Buying more expensive electronic items may be too risky for their strict, inflexible 14 day return policy. Come here to buy various 'cheaper' and fun items like inside House slippers, kitchen and home goods (especially plastic items). There are many more upscale kitchen cookware, knives that are European brands. the 2nd floor has larger $$$ electronic items, where it may riskier shopping. I feel like for expensive items, you'd be better off shopping at typical store where there is generous return policy, a la Target, Kohls. I've never seriously checked out their blanket and bedding section, but Korean blankets are supposed to be the bomb- mattress bedding that is super cooling and lightweight. I can only shop here on rare occasions that I make the long drive to K-town, so for me it's fun treasure hunt shopping, and I know I won't be able to return anything easily. This is also a great store to shop for cute gifts. The workers prob. can understand English, but don't expect American style customer service, that's not what you're coming for in older classic K-town businesses.

I disassembled the freezer and thought I'd fixed it but hadn't. Ruben came after hours, impatiently brushed aside my diagnosis, tore the freezer apart and found the rusted metal channel that no longer held water during freezer auto-defrost. He told me to junk the frig, but I wanted it fixed and...he pulled a miracle by making a compound of Alex caulk, baking soda and Krazy Glue with which he built a new channel that still holds! I was impressed--$150.00. Just now (September 2025) my 1986 Maytag washer sprung a leak. Lupo diagnosed corroded hoses and leaky water inlet valve--to return and repair with parts $250.00. This was below my "replace it" price of $300.00 so I agreed. Lupo did the repair--did a brief test and declared it fixed--but it leaked when I put in a full load. Lupo came back, disassembled the machine, found a leaky water filter that he could not fix and offered just the right solution. He bypassed the filter and said it was unnecessary because both the new hose and the new water inlet had filters that would suffice. If I wanted a new water filter he would install it for just the price of the part ($49). I decided to do without the part and have done one wash without problem. I have done two repairs on the machine myself over the course of its lifetime and was impressed with the competence and efficiency Lupo showed in breaking the machine down and reassembling it very quickly--work that takes the unskilled DIYer forever and a day with mishaps along the way. These are very competent and honorable workmen and their work coordinator, Emmanuel, was friendly, efficient and easy to access.

This review ONLY pertains to Rosito Bisani's Rosito Expresso (Rossini Blend coffee beans) and their…read morerelated service. The beans are fantastic. I first tasted their coffee at Carrara Pastries (https://www.yelp.com/biz/carrara-pastries-moorpark), which used to sell the coffee by the bag. To save money, we began ordering the beans directly from Rosito Bisani. Once our friends tasted the coffee, they started ordering, and now we probably purchase 42 kg of coffee a year for us and them! For whatever reason, Carraras stopped using the Rossini Blend - and the replacement is nowhere near as good. We have friends who recently returned from 2 week vacation in Alaska - and they took the Rossini Blend because they liked it better than the famed Alaskan roasts! Not only is the coffee superb, so is the service. We order online, and our contact is Dolores. (receptionist@rosito-bisani.com) Although they do charge a shipping fee, the total amount for the coffee is extremely competitive. The minimum order is a box of 6 bags of 1 kg each... so about 13 lbs of coffee. Seems like a lot; it's not. Once your friends taste it, you'll begin ordering for them. Plus, if I place an order in the morning, I'll have the shipment by afternoon of the next day - at no extra charge. (Quick probably because of where we live.) Basically, the cost with tax and shipping works out to about $11/ lb. That's a great price for fantastic coffee. They bill me after shipping, I pay the bill immediately by check - and voila! I get the best coffee in the world every morning. I believe there's also a Rossini Blend DECAF - which isn't NEARLY as good as the regular. The regular really is the best coffee I've ever tasted.

Around the same time, we suddenly began seeing baby mice in our home, something we have never had before in years of living here. After hiring an exterminator and continuing to investigate, I moved the refrigerator and discovered a large open hole underneath the unit along with mouse droppings inside the appliance area, suggesting the refrigerator itself may have been the source or entry point. Used appliances can harbor rodent nests, which is a well-known issue in the appliance industry if units are not properly inspected or sealed. When I called the company for help, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. She told me if they cannot make at least $30 from a service issue involving their appliance, it is not worth their time or money to help, and she refused to send anyone out or even address the problem. She then hung up on me. This refrigerator was purchased by my elderly parents, and the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service was shocking. Even the technician who originally came to repair the freezer said nothing about the large opening under the unit. If you value sanitation, customer service, and accountability, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If I could I would give zero stars

I thought it was high and asked if it was better to replace my dishwasher all together since it was pretty old (10+ years). He said it was a good dishwasher and to replace the gaskets. I should have done more research and not relied on the vendors advice but I trusted him bc of the reviews so I went ahead with the $280. A year after the repairs, the gaskets started falling out so I called TJ, and they said bc it was just over a year, the work was no longer on warranty and recommended just to push the gaskets back into place. Now a year and a half after that, parts of the gaskets have broken apart and they remain loose so the dishwasher leaks. So I ended up buying a new dishwasher which I could have done 2.5 years ago if I got good advice. Or if I got good repairs that would have lasted more than a year, or even if he was willing to fix his own poorly done repair after a year, I wouldn't be writing this review. Just bc there are good reviews doesn't mean you shouldn't do your due diligence. Lesson learned. Response to Tony's response: nice chat GPT generated response. Shows people how inauthentic you really are.
