The hostess was unfriendly and very rude. We noticed that no one came to the two other tables near us during our entire visit, even though the host made it sound like they were taken. We arrived at 5:40 PM and left at 7:40 PM--yes, two full hours--and spent most of that time just waiting for our food. The service was terrible, with a long wait between the appetizers and the main course. What really upset me was that our server never acknowledged the delay. She didn't say it would be a moment, didn't check in on us, and didn't seem to care at all. At one point, I was resting my elbow on the back of the chair next to me, and another waiter noticed that we still had no food on our table. That waiter asked if we had eaten, and when we said no, she kindly went to check and told us it would be out soon. When our own server finally brought the food, she didn't apologize--she just served the dishes and walked away like nothing was wrong. After we finished eating, she never returned to our table. I even spoke to another group of four nearby, and they said they were dealing with the same issue. When our server eventually came back and asked if we needed boxes or anything, I told her no, that I was ready to pay one bill. She didn't come back for nearly 30 minutes.
