Placed an order to find out I ordered the wrong thing (my fault). Paid with cc over the phone as someone else was picking up the order. Called back to reorder the correct item and pay for it, only to get home and find out the second item was completely wrong, and they made the person who picked up the first item pay again. So we paid for three subs and only got two. I'm done after that. read more

Sub delicious happens to be conveniently located just minutes away from my apartment here in Lockport. The crew inside has always been very pleasant and patient with its patrons, and always serve up a decent meal. Pizza, subs, sandwiches and your classics can be found on the menu. Outside of an often overwhelming amount of shredded lettuce can be found on their subs, this remains a standby stop for myself and friends. Outside of their delicious food, the team has always been quite accomodating. Although this visit remained fairly standard, past visits I have been granted unique blends of unusual requests, such as sweet and sour chicken finger subs, with blue cheese have not been shyed away from. Even more so, in theme with going above and beyond their accomodating ways and dinee focused delivery of service, I was able to live by my word and accepted a suicide wing challenge at the shop. Now don't get all excited, this was not only a first for the restaurant, but also not their own sauce that helped me follow my word. My husband brought in his own bottle of sauce and with fingers crossed that he could torture me, asked the staff if they wouldn't mind making their own wings with his sauce. With such an odd request the only hesitation from the team came from their desire to try the sauce themselves. Needless to say I may not have been the only one with tears and burning lips that day. First time being in and I wasn't disappointed. I got the steak hoagie with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and oil. Didn't order before and walked in on a Wednesday night and it only took about ten minutes to receive it. Staff was very friendly and looking into the kitchen it looked well kept and clean. Perk of this place is they dont skimp out on product. Couldn't eat the sub like a normal sub had to eat it side ways like a taco to keep everything in there. They are messy subs but if your looking for place to cure your hunger you won't come out hungry trust me on that. Inside also is very casual. Over priced! $21 for 2 turkey subs delivered to a business. $4 for delivery! Very skimpy on the meat and toasted the roll when asked not to.

The broccoli poppers were good but then again anything broccoli is good to me. I also had a grilled cheese. That was to say the least, interesting. They toasted the roll and then melted some cheese in it. So what I got was a sub roll with the INSIDE toasted only. It was mushy and weird ! read more

Came here for the first time yesterday for lunch and it was delish-we ordered one lg steak and cheese with grilled onions lettuce tomato and light oil and a lg chicken finger medium sauce with blue cheese lettuce tomato and onion. Both were super yum just be prepared for a mess due to the super shredded lettuce. The bread was very good, crusty on the outside soft on the inside and gave a good chew. The steak was thicker cut than the shave they sell at most places. All the veg were fresh and crisp. Chicken finger had a nice crunchy breading and the medium sauce had a nice kick- typical WNY franks flare. A little pricey, $25.14 for two sandwiches and two bottles of pop but I guess if you want cheap go to subway, you definitely get what you pay for here. We will be back! read more

This place is great - reliable, consistent, friendly - 3 huge assets. Then they bring pizza logs to the party. Of course these are a WNY secret, and I wish they would spread across the world so I didn't have to order them at 1am after a 7 hour drive to town like a fiend- but in this case, Sub Delicious quelled my craving. The staff was SUPER friendly, delivered our food minutes before closing and not a hint of attitude- they actually seemed happy to take our annoyingly late order- much appreciated. Terrible People working there. I walked in at 8:45 pm and ordered a cappacola sub and was standing near the front counter as I waited. I was HORRIFIED when I saw a young woman in the kitchen reach in to the fridge with her bare hands to grab the meat for my sub. She had the longest fingernails I had seen in a long time. Now if you are wondering why I was horrified, have you ever looked at the underside of long painted nails? GROSS! I motioned to her to come to me to ask her to put gloves on before she touched anything that would be going on my sub, and she looked at me like I was crazy. She responded that the meat was proportioned and wrapped in plastic. Apparently she thought that the gross germs on her hand that her now on the package would not transfer to the prep surface and then contaminate food to be consumed by the public. Again gross! She proceeded to call me crazy, an ugly old lady, and a b*tch. Well, I would not stand for that. I asked for her name, and asked to speak to the owner which she refused to provide. Just so the public knows, she in a young blonde snotty girl with the very long nails and the heaviest fake eyelashes on you can imagine. In closing, I will never stop there again and would encourage anyone who orders from there to order in the shop not over the phone so you can watch as they prepare your food so that it is done in a hygienic manner. My family has been faithfully eating here for the past nearly 2 years. This was the best sub place around. When the pandemic happened, they got very busy & most times I would say people like ourselves were still ok to wait for service & understood mix ups. This being said, the past 6 months or so, sub delicious has changed drastically.. portions & quality have definitely been sacrificed in the process. In the past few months we have stopped ordering from there weekly , as we had been. I have been disappointed more often than not but every once in a while we order in Hope's things have gone back to the way they were. Tonight I ordered a simple grilled chicken salad.. the portion was down by half, my uncut iceberg lettuce was wilted, there was maybe 1/2 cup of strange textured processed meat & a sprinkle of tomato. My kids got a chicken parm & even that was not the same but at least fair tasting. I certainly hope they go back to who ever used to supply their food because I doubt we will order again for a long time. It makes me sad to write this but hopefully it makes a difference. read more
