They let us in anyway and we could already study the menus card. They have a selection of several menus, which I would recommend if you have big appetite. Otherwise there a selection of single dishes. I ordered the slice of foie gras with dried fruit and brioche bred. I enjoyed every bite as it tasted wonderful. The only critique I have is that they could have accompanied it with one additional slice of bread. As dessert I ordered chestnut , quince and scoop of ice cream in chocolate mousse. It was delightful and addictive. I chose a dessert wine to accompany both main course and dessert , which the friendly and attentive waitress recommended. We were a party of four and spent around 55.-€ each having had an aperitif, a glass of wine , a main course, dessert and coffee.

There is a cellar and cave underneath anyhow and I guess the other crottos share a same arrangement. It's interior is modern but has a cozy atmosphere. If the restaurant gets full you have to be patient as only two waiters are around. I went for dinner one evening. As I hadn't much hunger and I wanted something light, I chose the arctic salmon filet on chestnut sauce, which comes with vegetables. I had a glass of wine to accompany. It became apparent that it was one of the best fish dishes since a while. The fish was well cooked and each piece of fish tasted deliciously. The chestnut sauce gave it a very nice note. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The whole meal with dessert and a glass of wine cost me 60.- CHF. Definitely a place to revisit.

Good size, warm room (in fact we always stay in the same one), large, secure ski room within a few metres of the hotel entrance, bus to the ski slopes stops right outside the hotel every ten minutes, good restaurant with wide choice of dishes especially the Italian pizzas from a proper pizza oven. But this restaurant is extremely popular, so make sure you book a table before going out for the day. Fantastic offer this year our ski passes were a third of the normal price because we bought them through the hotel on arrival. St. Moritz is really expensive, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Also this year the internet access was wireless, not wired and really fast (something you don't find in every hotel).
