Groceries were on the bottom floor (along with a Starbucks), with the CVS branded pharmacy and OTC items on the top. There is checkout on both floors. It wasn't too crowded, but well staffed on a Thursday afternoon, and was able to buy some items that we needed for our trip.

This store did carry some accessories that were not available at the big box electronics stores (for example, the BOSE carrying case for a BOSE ipod dock). The associates are very knowledgable about BOSE. They do work on commission though, so on a 'fact-finding' visit, the person helping me made me feel slightly guilty for not purchasing on that day. I think the big benefit to this store are the refurbished items. They are cheaper than the new items, but still carry a BOSE warranty. And, I discovered that they will put your name on a list to be contacted when a certain item comes in stock. You can reserve the item over the phone to pick up later. Also, FYI, the coupon book discount at BOSE is 10% off a refurbished item - what a deal!

As someone who has purchased nearly $10k in Bose products in my lifetime, and who still owns A LOT…read moreof their products, I'm DONE. I purchased 2 pairs of SleepBuds II in 2022 for $250 each. In 2023 Bose decided to discontinue them. Then in 2025 they removed the app (which they need to work) from the App Store. Now due to IOS updates, my products don't work. How difficult would it have been to stand behind their products and maintain the app? I have 2 pairs of 48 year old Bose 901 speakers that still work BUT NOT the buds I bought 4 years ago. REALLY REALLY Disappointed in a company with which I've had an ongoing nearly 50 year relationship. I called Bose customer support and was in essence told "too bad"
