I am extremely picky when it comes to lashes and it's hard to find someone who does such an impeccable job while being efficient... enter Thanh! Had the best cut I've had in a long time here by Julie! She took a ton of length off even though I've always been "scared" of short hair. Well it turns out to be my favorite cut I've ever had! She took the picture I gave her and created my own version of it and I could not be more satisfied. I got compliments just going to the grocery store after! I went to Style Salon today for the first time today and saw Billy and he did such an AMAZING job! He touched up my ombre color with balayage and it was the perfect refresher. I have been going to a nearby much pricier salon and I will not be going back there because Billy did a much better job for less than half of the price that the master stylist charged me at the other salon. Last but certainly not least Billy gave hands down the BEST blow out I have ever had in my entire life. He magically somehow gave me natural soft wavy curls using only his brush and a hairdryer with little product. Quickly too. Every other stylist has taken forever to dry my hair and then had to use a curling or flat iron. Also the salon is very clean and super cute inside, conveniently located and parking was easy. AVOID. Check Thanh Duong credentials before you book. Beware of having your eye brows done if you like a natural look and somebody who understands English and is willing to follow your instructions. I booked an appointment with Thanh Duong only because she was recommended by somebody who works at the salon and I know for many years. The service was completely disappointing, short and overpriced. She continued to call me "baby" during the entire time. I told her clearly that since I have a conservative job and am not in the entertainment industry , I like a look which is natural and just enhance my appearance because my eyebrows are almost non existing. She kept repeating "you need color," "Your eyes are Japanese"! (I am blond with blue eyes, needless to say). The end result was me looking like I work at a circus and my family being scared of looking at me. On top, I was forced to pay 20% tip after the service and received a medical consent form--AFTER the service. The instructions I received state "remove the bandages after 3 hours." I never received bandages. I was never called back by the manager and the staff continued to argue with me that I look "lovely." In fact it looks cheap and fake. AVOID. In addition, she was taking videos of me while I was not able to move without my consent. The numbing cream that she was using was not working. Permanent Make Up is a serious matter. Request license and if it is not present contact the Department of Health. read more

My appointment was for 3:00 and I walked in and the receptionist told be that the stylist would be just a few minutes. Twenty five mins later, the stylist still hadn't shown up for my appointment, she claimed she was looking for parking (there was a parking spot right out front and a large number across the street). Last time I checked, your are in the SERVICE industry. You don't make the clients wait for you while you are out doing errands. I hope she got the message as I walked out the door. They say nothing is perfect, but Madison's work is that exception. I've only gone to Madison a couple of times, but I've officially decided style salon will be my new spot! Whenever a stylist does my hair, I fake a smile in the chair and immediately run to my car and call someone else to fix it, but whenever I leave Madison's chair my smile doesn't fade until it's time to touch up my roots again! Her prices are extremely fair and I never find myself asking myself "why is that so much" at this salon. Perfect location right off route 9, highly recommend 5/5 stars! read more

I started seeing Than for eyelash extensions because it was convenient from where I worked . When I moved into a new area I went back to the person who originally did me eye lash extensions. During my first fill she had a very hard time removing them, so bad that she suggested taking them off. At Style, the lashes are applied 2 D, which I am guessing is glue times 2. The extent of the damage was shocking. My lashes were damaged it was horrible. Also, I had one experience where Than started yelling at me since she thought I missed an appointment. The apt was made for me while I was on vacation in another country. I explained that I would never schedule an appointment while on vacation . Let's just say, the receptionist would not admit a mistake was made. I will never return to Style again. read more

This place is never open until the open hours mentioned on their website. I called at 3 p.m. on sat and they say oh! we are closing early today, I called the next sat at 1.30 p.m.and again they said they are closing early today. I think they should put "closing depending on the mood" on their website instead ! Disappointing. Will never waste my time again on even calling these guys. read more
