Yesterday, i told her i wanted short coffin sns but not too narrow and she replied and said "i know exactly what you want." And she did just that, as per usual. I'm always please and satisfied!

I stopped her half way and i was like oh i though i would have a base color too like i didn't think this is what you meant and then her and another lady reassured me saying that this wasn't it and that they would add a pinky neutral color on top and i was like ok yea that's fine. NOPE, slapped the top coat on and called it a day, CHARGE me extra and didn't do anything when i told them my concerns. 55$ down the drain for some plain white nail polish ONLY on the tips of my toes with my bare nail still showing.

I've had both SNS and Gel manicures here, and all have been long lasting and look great. Luxury Nail Bar also does some really awesome raffles. For every $20 you spend, you earn a raffle ticket for a chance to win a designer bag. The first bag the salon raffled was a Tory Burch bag, and the current bag is a Michael Kors bag, both valued around $500. They invite their customers in for the big drawing and also post the event on Facebook Live. Luxury Nail Bar also offers a discount on services to teachers, college students, and active military.

Nobody was able to help me due to all the workers helping the customers.. Lady called me up and then told me there's another person ahead of me. Dealt with her and then came to help me. For the next 10-30 minutes, she was in between helping me and another lady. (We had two different services) And then after all of that, she said the acrylics were off all the way, which it seemed like it. Until I got into my car and noticed a layer of acrylic still on my natural nails. Won't be coming back due to the service and quality this establishment has.

Ann is very detail-oriented and will not let you leave without perfect looking nails. I had solar done at another place closer to my house on a whim, and my nails looked HORRIBLE. Ann spent an hour and a half fixing my nails that someone else messed up and didn't charge me extra. Annie and Kim (the other two girls in the shop) have been there forever and are just as awesome. Kim does the best pedicures, and she should have a class so ladies can sign up their boyfriends/husbands on how to give amazing foot massages. The salon is always spotlessly clean, and the girls are super friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about Ann's Nails!

With my pedicure, I have a couple of preferences, like no drill on the gel toes. This seemed to cause them to have feelings they had to file my toes. They seem to have just a handful of staff members, so walk ins could be a challenge. It felt a little chaotic at first. They tried to separate my friend and I who made our appts together: one at the table, one in the pedi chair. After clarifying we want to be together, they allowed it. Overall, my nails look great. The customer experience just was a little bumpy.
