Add Tires changed. Asked to have an alignment done. After a few months, I noticed the same uneven…read morewear pattern in the Tires. Had to order a whole new set of tires because it's an all-wheel-drive vehicle. Ask for some sort of compensation due to having to buy a whole new tires so soon. All I asked for was the alignment that was performed last time to be done so without charge. I didn't ask for them to cover the cost of all the tires that had to be replaced so soon or anything like that, which might've been appropriate, just to do the alignment this time. I was told they would get back to me, but nobody ever did. Turns out the rear differentials need replaced due to damage from the uneven tire wire. Not only did I not get a simple, complementary alignment, or the tires replaced at no expense to me, but it's not going to cost me in the thousands to have my vehicle repaired. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I donT post much but certainly with thexperience I had I certainly felt that he deserved some recognition. I do most of the work on my own car however didn't have time to make a repair and called my usual shop (or so I thought since I was in a hurry). I happened to get andys. Never heard of it but thought I'd just get some pricing. He was very personable, professional, and had answered all my questions. I let him know I had never used him and long story short he worked me in the next day so I had to give him a shot. Had great pricing, unlike some shops, and a sincere willingness to make sure I was satisfied. I was so impressed I went back a few times and even had my dad now leave his usual guy. I would highly recommend him to everyone. By chance I also learned his main area is body work and just so happened that my wife's car was in an accident lately and have put her car on hold with the shop who was going to fix (and I know them, and have had work done by them them seveal times as they always do excellent work). In this instance I am willing to stick with him. We all know we can go the next shop, the next store, the next doctor, etc when we have a bad experience, but I also feel that the service and professionalism displayed by Andy certainly deserves to be recognized.

I was told to stop down around 8:30am to meet with the appraiser Mike. I arrived at 8:30 and Mike promptly looked at the rocker panel and the wheel on my VW Passat. We went inside, Mike called the VW dealership, obtained the parts pricing and gave me a written estimate of my repair cost to have a new rocker panel painted, installed and have my wheel fixed. I was so pleased with the pricing I told him to get the part ordered. The part arrived several days later, they painted it and let it cure over the weekend. Mike scheduled me in for Wednesday 7/26. I dropped my car off and left it with George the owner. I had a call by 2PM that the car was ready for pick up. I arrived and was simply blown away by the quality of work performs mainly on the wheel, which I tore up pretty badly. It looked better then when I bought the car. The rocker panel was replaced and it is seamless. The paint match is excellent. From start to finish the entire process was simple. Tatano Brother's Auto Body is simply the type of business in which I like to deal. They're no BS, to the point and they do it right the first time. Oh, and the pricing...it is exceptionally fair.
