I was told to stop down around 8:30am to meet with the appraiser Mike. I arrived at 8:30 and Mike promptly looked at the rocker panel and the wheel on my VW Passat. We went inside, Mike called the VW dealership, obtained the parts pricing and gave me a written estimate of my repair cost to have a new rocker panel painted, installed and have my wheel fixed. I was so pleased with the pricing I told him to get the part ordered. The part arrived several days later, they painted it and let it cure over the weekend. Mike scheduled me in for Wednesday 7/26. I dropped my car off and left it with George the owner. I had a call by 2PM that the car was ready for pick up. I arrived and was simply blown away by the quality of work performs mainly on the wheel, which I tore up pretty badly. It looked better then when I bought the car. The rocker panel was replaced and it is seamless. The paint match is excellent. From start to finish the entire process was simple. Tatano Brother's Auto Body is simply the type of business in which I like to deal. They're no BS, to the point and they do it right the first time. Oh, and the pricing...it is exceptionally fair. If I ever need body work done on a car(hopefully not) - They will be my first call.

They were completely honest, confirmed the battery was bad, and replaced it immediately. I was also quoted $1,800 by the dealership to replace the weatherstripping. Tony took a look, explained my options clearly, and gave me a much more affordable solution using clips (which means I just open the front door when closing the rear). I went with that option and couldn't be happier. It's refreshing to find a shop that's honest and truly looks out for the customer instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. Tony and the team at Balistreri Auto Service are the real deal. Highly recommend!

I think that action itself shows a lot about Justin's character and the pride he takes in his car services. I have been going to Pons Auto Service ever since, and his kind, thoughtful, and meticulous service has kept my car running smoothly over the past four years. I have had very bad car service experiences before, and when I told Justin about that, he went the extra mile to ensure that he always provided the utmost detail, explanations of services rendered when I had questions, and timely updates. Honestly, his car shop has restored my ability to trust car guys again with the exemplary service that he has provided. I have full trust and faith in Justin that he will always provide the necessary car services without overcharging or "fixing" things that don't need to be fixed. Justin goes the extra mile to not only get the job done right, but does so honestly and transparently. I really appreciate the work that he has put into my almost twenty-year-old vehicle and he has kept it in excellent shape since I have been coming here. Pons Auto Service deserves all of the business and I will tell everyone I possibly can at every chance I get to come here and support this small business! Thank you for all you do, Justin!
