We first met the owner, Tim Dailey, at the Sacramento Landscape Show, and his impressive credentials and clear communication immediately instilled confidence. We were pleasantly surprised when his bid came in the lowest of the three estimates we received! The day of the removal was nothing short of amazing. The team arrived promptly and worked with incredible efficiency and friendliness. As a retired educator, I (Shannon) was so impressed watching them that I told the guys they are exactly the kind of professionals who should be at the very top of the list of invitees for Career Day. Watching them tackle eight trees--including three 60-foot redwoods and a 70-foot ash--was a masterclass in STEM skills. Their skilled assessment of physics, gravity and angles was supreme. As we watched them throughout the day we were struck by their strong team dynamic and highly collaborative approach.
