This was a holiday week, so it sounds like he's usually too busy for same-day service, but I appreciate that he was able to pull that off. He did exactly what we discussed and my yard looks great. He did pruning and hand-weeding, which is something almost no one is willing to do, and hauled off all of the yard detritus. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and the price was very fair.

We recently hired Daniel Flores, owner of Grace Remodeling & Construction, to remodel our primary…read morebathroom, with the goal of making it work better for my specific needs as a wheelchair user. This was not an ADA bathroom conversion. Instead, Daniel worked with me to customize the bathroom around what I personally needed. We are very happy with the result! They modified the shower for easier wheelchair access and modified our double vanity to give me the wheelchair clearance I needed. They also installed new flooring so everything flows together beautifully. The finished bathroom is so much nicer than what we had before. It has a much more upscale, modern look, while also being more functional for me. I feel the improvements have added real value to our home as well. I would definitely recommend Daniel Flores (owner) and Grace Remodeling, and I plan to use him again for our future home projects and remodeling needs.

He is very knowledgeable yet easy going - not condescending at all. The work started and ended as scheduled. His crew is friendly and hard-working. David really is damn good at pruning. He did a lot himself and watched his crew hawkishly. The outcome is more than expected for a reasonable price. Our trees look beautiful and were cut to exactly the ramifications we agreed to, and David gave me a list of tasks to help the unhealthy ones.

He had money for to build another home on his mother's property where he currently lives, and construction stuff, even won a $20,000 small claims lawsuit against a neighbor. Did Danny give me my money back? Nope, not one single penny, and I'm not the only neighbor he has screwed over.
