I got a cold brew, which was good and I have no complaints about my drink. where they went wrong (or maybe i did for ordering it) was the breakfast sandwich which was one step up from a frozen Jimmy Dean sandwich, but with the price tag of $7. The bread they use for it was the most off putting part, if they put it on a bagel or something else it would feel more worth the price. overall decent experience but wouldn't recommend and not in a hurry to return. if this coffee shop was a person it would be a woman who wears a lot of makeup and is objectively beautiful and isn't rude, but has a very bland/boring personality.

It was an unseasonably cool summer day when I dropped by, seeking espresso, it's my personal bar of how to rate coffee shops. Still Vibrato did not disappoint. Any decent shop worth their.. coffee.. will have at least two espresso choices on the bar on a given day, and this was the case here, a house blend and a pink bourbon single origin. I asked for one of each with a sparkling water chaser. Moving to the table, I sampled both after a sip of the sparkling water. Both were perfectly pulled, no bitterness or sourness, and both tasted great for what they sought to do: body and subtle fruit with primarily roast notes for the blend, and crisp acidity and brightness for the blend with a good citrus bite. While I didn't have any food, the vegan and gluten free options were plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you want some straight up 'spro, this place will make you happy.

When an Owner takes the time to actually read the reviews and genuinely respond that tells me that I most likely came in on a bad day. But I do appreciate a concerned and responsive Owner that clearly cares about their shop and their customers. So, thank you for that.
