After many months . I was a very happy customer and a regular. 2 gel manis in a month and once a month a gel pedicure. One day Naomi didn't do a very good job on my gel manicure. Which wasn't like her. She was having an off day I think. I brought it to her attention. She seemed bothered but fixed my gel manicure. When I tried to make an appointment with her in a week for the following week to get my gel manicure. I was told by the owner she dropped me as a client . I was shocked cause she was my nail tech for a year . Christine took over . So she would do my gel mani and gel pedi. After about a month . She kept missing work . Or she left and the nail salon didn't want to disclose that with me. Not sure . I tried other nail techs but the work was just mediocre especially for the price . Very disappointed after being a customer of Happiness Nails for many years…read more For years, Happiness Nails gave customers stamps for paying cash, with the promise of earning free services after a certain number of visits. Because of that incentive, I repeatedly went out of my way to make sure I had cash with me when I came in. Paying cash is not normally my preference, but I made the extra effort specifically because of the rewards program they offered. I accumulated 16 stamps on my physical cards. More recently, they stopped giving stamps and told me that cash-paid services were being tracked in their computer system instead. I actually thought this was convenient because I wouldn't have to worry about keeping track of cards anymore. When I finally brought in my cards to redeem my rewards, I was told they no longer honor them. Their computer also showed 2 additional cash-paid services, meaning I had 16 physical stamps plus 2 additional qualifying services in their own system. At first, I was told that the old stamps had also been given for credit-card payments. That is absolutely not how the program was presented to me or how I earned my stamps. They were an incentive for paying cash. The employee at the front checked with the owners, or so he said. After years of patronage, 16 stamps, 2 additional cash services in their own system, and all the times I went out of my way to bring cash specifically to participate in their rewards program, their solution was a $5 discount. I never would have expected anything simply for being a longtime customer. But when a business offers a rewards program that influences how customers choose to pay, I do expect the business to honor the rewards those customers earned. That is what disappoints me most. I made the effort to uphold my end of their rewards program, but when it came time to redeem what I had accumulated, the business did not uphold what I understood to be its end. I have referred quite a few friends to Happiness Nails over the years. After this experience, I will not be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with the people I referred. There are plenty of nail salons in the area, and another one will earn my business. Goodbye, Happiness Nails!

Last week my wife got a Pedicure from a new technician and she came home with an infection. It was so bad she needed to go to urgent care right away. She had to fly to Mexico the next day for vacation and it was partly ruined because she was in pain. Now, I understand mistakes happen, but what didn't make us happy was that they didn't even respond to my wife's text message regarding the issue after a whole week.
