The classes I…read morego to are Barre and Bend and Chill and it is my favorite when they are scheduled back to back. The instructors are so kind and amazing! Corissa is my go to instructor but you can't go wrong with any of these amazing people. Bend and Chill is by far my favorite class at Afterglow because it really helps me reflect and meditate after a long day, week, or whatever it may be. I take a picture of my mindfulness card at every Bend and Chill class to help me continue to grow and focus on healing!

Each instructor brings their own flavor and playlists, and you can expect something different each class. The only thing that stays the same is that sweet, sweet burn you feel after each class. If you're looking to mix up your workout routine, check out a barre class- first one is always free! Additionally, they've been super careful during Covid- enforcing masking, social distancing, sanitizing the studio... From multiple levels of pole dance, strength building classes, to lap dance classes, and burlesque classes. The classes are fun, confidence boosting, strength building!
