The space is illuminated with tons of natural light and it is very clean! Combo was flirty and fun and I think my leg flares are starting to get smoother. I started pole back in mid January because I was trying to escape the winter depression and connect with my self. I can say that I truly think they've helped me get closer to that goal. They offer other classes for dance and physical fitness, such as Flex Appeal (flexibility) and At The Barre (adult beginner ballet). They allow drop-in's for certain classes that are affordable, in case you want to try a class that's not pole dancing and don't want to commit to buying a whole class session up front. They also offer a virtual "punch card" online so you can try different classes. There's no drama here: the students and instructors are women aged 18 and up. All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels come here. No one is too big or too old. The classes are small and the instructors can decrease or increase the challenge of the class for your own personal needs. I like that I am encouraged to strive to be better but am not pressured to keep up with the girl next to me. Everyone's goals, needs, and abilities are different.

I…read morecame to the first class having no idea what to expect and walked out with a new confidence and an excitement to come back for class two. My instructor, Megan, is super knowledgeable and great at explaining each move clearly so we understand what to do. It's an absolutely great confidence booster and a surprisingly good workout. I wouldn't be surprised if I end up coming back after my course is over. Highly recommend! COVID Precautions: Everyone wears masks throughout the classes and the stations are already far apart so it's perfect for social distancing.

I completed the 6 week course and didn't feel confident so I basically quit. A while later, I received a $15 off for a class and curiosity pushed me to sign up for a repeat of pole 1. I completed it with full confidence (Thanks, Valerie!) I am now in Pole 6. I've even repeated a few courses just to keep mastering the moves and to continue seeing my new, but now, Miss Pole friends! Every few weeks I find a Facebook or email flash promo for $$$ off classes which keep me signing up for more. I've even begun to wear heels in class and don't mind wearing smaller and smaller shorts (because you need all the skin grip you can get in those upside down inverts and moves! ) I would challenge even the shyest of women to try a class. It's only going to make you feel sexy, beautiful and even make you stronger if you keep at it! Although I do work out at a local gym, I thoroughly enjoy my weekly pole sessions. Parking is always easy to find, wear clothing to your comfort and go to open pole classes if you want more practice! (Or buy your own pole.) Of course, I have my favorite instructor, but all are instructor certified and know how to explain moves well. If you don't enjoy a class or an instructor they work with you as needed. I initially wanted to sign up for an aerial yoga class, but was prompted to take a "beginner" pole…read moreclass instead because it started sooner. It turned out the class was a Beginner II rather than an intro, and the instructor was more of a demonstrator than a teacher. Despite struggling, I still enjoyed the class enough to sign up for a second session. That session was oversold, as the only pole available had a huge floor flaw that was TAPED over. Over the course of the class, the tape and adhesive became tackier and eventually ruined the shoes I was wearing for the first time. This resulted in my shoes literally sticking to the floor, so I couldn't complete a move and ended up painfully smashing my knees against the edge of the pole base, resulting in bruises on both. Despite being oversold and unsafe, the studio refuses to refund my session fee. I had two credits from signing up for the first session, and I asked for a refund after the 2nd class of the 2nd session. I should have my entire fee refunded, but they took two weeks to write me back and let me know that because the semi-present instructor didn't know I was in pain, they are going to KEEP MY MONEY?!?! The instructor saw me trying to remove the tape and goo from my shoes, but they are literally going to try to weasel out of being accountable with this. They should refund me for my session, replace my shoes, and acknowledge that their studio is UNSAFE, their classes are oversold, and their practices are shady. Really disgusted by the entire experience, it's a shameful way to run a business, and the lack of concern and support is negligent and irresponsible.

I was so excited on the day of MY Bachelorette Party to come to this establishment and have some fun with my Brides Maids. Instead, we arrived to locked doors, lights out and no one in the building. We waited and waited to see if anyone would show up. No one did. Someone forgot to actually schedule the class time. So no one knew to be there for our class. I understand mistakes happen. I do. But wouldn't you check to be sure you scheduled our class time before you took our $150 deposit??
