I chose a gin and citrus drink that was a wonderful blend of bitter and refreshing. I made myself sip it slowly, but it was tasty enough that I could have thrown it back. The bar tender was friendly and attentive, as well as knowledgeable. The room seemed to be recovering from the recent Hoopfest...there were coolers and some things in the back of the space. They literally scraped off the onions AND the cheese and sent it back out. Flagged down the server and sent it back for cheese. 30 seconds later I heard the kitchen bell, and back out it came.
