Dropped in for a beer before going to the movies on a cloudy Saturday afternoon. I ordered the Bourbon Cream Stout that they had on tap and WOW! My new favorite beer. The price though was pretty costly at 6.50/pint. Thankfully only needed two and felt no pain. I hope to find out the name of that stout so that I can recommend that they keep in on tap forever. Savannah and Sean were great to chat with as they worked behind the bar. Don't mess with Savannah though or get out of line, she runs a tight ship. Crowd was some locals and a peppering of people like me that just stopped in. It was very laid back. Great for a few friends that want to pop by and watch a game on TV and have a few. read more

From January 2020: Weak drinks, bartender was annoyed by having to attend to our small group of three in an otherwise dead establishment. There's plenty of great pubs and bars in the area, unfortunately this is not one of them. October 2020: Not worried about the pandemic even though our area is increasing in cases while our hospitals are maxed out. They hosted a superspreader Halloween bash. read more

Such a great environment and ambiance about this bar/restaurant the food is bar food but I'd have to say elevated, if there's one thing to try is both the ribs and the wings! So good, really enjoyed this place and our server who was running her tail off did a great job!!! When we come back to the area we'll definitely make our way back. read more

nice little watering hole. Stopped by here with a buddy of mine and we were able to grab some drinks, listen to some music whilst everyone else was dancing and shooting pool and throwing darts. Service was friendly and music was good and the patrons there were all nice and we had good conversations with other patrons. only downside they stopped service food by 10:30 during the pandemic at least - so there was no food option when we got there. but even still - coming from Seattle and paying Idaho prices for alcohol made up for that lack of food options! read more

This place is awesome. It's a full bar (some around here are only beer & wine) and the drinks are priced significantly lower than other locations. IPAs are $4.50 and $3.50 during happy hour (which is 3-6 every day if I'm not mistaken). It's also non-smoking which can be a thing around here. They have pool, 2 internet-connected Bullseye dartboards, and a full-size shuffleboard table. There is a beautiful outdoor patio where you can soothe yourself to the sound of the waterfall at the entrance to the plaza. The best part is the food. They have a small menu you can order from directly but they are also connected to Northwest Pizza Co which is right next door. You can order from them over the phone or on their app and they'll deliver it right to you at the Tipsy Pine. Their pizza is excellent and they have an excellent sandwich menu as well. I tried the grilled chicken sandwich and liked it even more than the pizza. This place looks new. Nice friendly staff. Love the waterfalls out front. They have outdoor seating and what a view of the water. Nice clean bar. They handled our party of six with fast friendly service. Drinks are yummy. They also have beers on tap. Full bar and food as well. Loved the people and loved the view. I will come back for sure. read more

We went to this place yesterday for a snack and it was quite dead. The bartender recommended the cheese curds and the rib tips. The cheese curds were ok, I probably wont order them again but the rib tips were delicious! They were tender with good BBQ sauce. I really enjoyed them. I asked for a side of Ranch and wish they made their own but all in all it hit the spot. Next time I would order 2 orders or rib tips. But fo hungry because I found it very filling! read more

Sometimes I think the owners or owners friends write favorable reviews just to get good publicity. My wife and I visited The Tipsy Pine on Sunday around 4:00 pm. There was 1 employee working and around 25 people in the establishment to be waited on. I confirmed with the employee who acted as both waitress and bartender that she was the only employee there and that she was off at 6:00 pm and another employee (1) was coming in to replace her. She was fixing mixed drinks and preparing the little bit of food that was on the menu. If you are going there for Happy Hour and want wine - there is no wine on the Happy Hour which baffles me since it takes more time to mix a hard drink than it does to pour a glass of wine. They need to include wine on the Happy hour since wine by the glass was $6.00 each and the mixed drink was only $2.50 each. Once they make this change, we will try it again. read more

The beer is cold and cheap compared to other bars in the area. The food from next door is on point!!!just don't trust them to bring you your order they will forget. As I seen with two other people besides myself. not sure what was up with having a puppy on the bar while people are eating and drinking but what do you expect at a dive bar. read more
