The pricing is excellent at only $18.50 per child, and the service was so great that we tipped 100%. There is an area at the back of the salon with toys and a train for the kids, and special barber chairs shaped like vehicles to excite them about getting their hair cut. Unfortunately one of our sons did not like the electric razor and cried the whole time--but the hairdresser did an amazing job of staying focused and completed the hair cut despite his tears. Their cuts came out so well, and looked just like the example photos on the wall. We definitely recommend this place if you have children, and need to find an experienced hairdresser for them that won't break the bank.

They are in a VERY nice "strip mall" with the studio front facing the main road. Parking is not plentiful, but we managed to find 2 spots quickly. We both had appointments with Lindsey & she was so nice! She heard what we wanted & gave us solid styles!! We are so happy!! Wash, style & blow dry for $40 + a generous tip. Lindsay also has an assistant, which is great to have extra hands. The salon is SUPER cute - rustic, charming & everyone seems so friendly. We are going back, no doubt but I think what I love most about this studio is that they have reasonable prices!! They are not over-inflated - THANK YOU! I am excited to have found this place.

She started us…read moreout with a phone call asking if we could come in earlier then our scheduled time to help her out since she was clearly overbooked, we did. One daughter got only a hair cut which you can see is uneven, when it's dry it looks utterly ridiculous. Next daughter showed a picture of what she wanted and she rushed her through the foiling process telling us she had another client at the same time awesome. After sitting with wet hair for 20 minutes while she did the other girl she resumed. She asked for a V cut and as you can tell by the picture, that is not what she received. Her layers in the front were also uneven. Her color was brassy it looks horrific! When I called on Monday asking if she could fix her, she said she was busy and couldn't do anything other then toss on a toner and send her home with uneven wet hair. This after I came in early to help her out. The owner didn't care anymore then Sarah did and said she rents the space and how she treats people is up to her. Happily we were lucky enough to find a new place to fix her up with a wonderful stylist that spent emense time putting her back together for the first day of school. I did get a refund for one of my daughters hair minus the other ones who I didn't complain about since it was in a French braid and I couldn't tell. Minus tip as well. My daughter cried and was miserable and the owner and Sarah could care less. So disturbing on so many levels

I strongly hesitate to write a bad review for Rosa because I understand that this is a small…read morebusiness. I've also seen her youngest daughter at the establishment a couple of times, and I obviously don't want to contribute in any way to jeopardizing their livelihood. However, I have had such a terrible issue with the customer service here, in a way, Rosa is jeopardizing her own business. She has always had terrible phone communication and comes across as having an attitude but for the most part is nice in person, albeit a little chastising and pushy at times. However, the last time I spoke to her on the phone was over the top, and I couldn't look past it. At the time I was 39 weeks pregnant and going into my final growth ultrasound. It's 11 am, and I called her to make an appointment for my son, trying to get all my errands done before the new baby comes. She answers the phone saying "Circus cuts! This is Rosa how can I help you?" (It's important to note that this greeting does not include anything about the cancellation policy she will claim to answer the phone with later on.) I made an appointment for my son 1215 the same day. During my appointment, I get the unfortunate news the fetus is growth restricted and I need to go to the hospital immediately to be induced. When I leave the appointment, it's 1145 and I obviously am not going to make the 1215 appointment. I am in tears because not only is my baby at risk of being stillborn but my husband is out of state for work. Nevertheless, the first call I make is actually to Rosa to cancel the appointment because of an emergency. She does not even give me a chance to explain my situation, even though I'm clearly distressed and apologetic. She keeps speaking over me and snaps, saying "We have a 3 hour cancellation policy, and I explain it very clearly at the beginning of each phone call. You will be charged a cancellation fee at your next appointment." I am very frustrated and I explain I barely made the appointment an hour ago so it would be impossible to have given her a 3 hour heads up. She is adamant that the $10 fee stands. It isn't an exorbitant amount of money, but it's really the principle of the situation. You would think as a mother herself that she would be a little more compassionate and understanding of how life can get in the way sometimes.
