Their customer service was terrible from the moment we dropped the ring off to the product of the ring. I was so disappointed I realized I should've never gone to another jewelry shop. The ring was bent and didn't even look like one piece. I ended up taking it to Hollingsworth to see what they thought/could do about it and they said they would fix it for me. When they called to tell me it was ready they told me they had to take the old welds off and completely redo it. The ring looks AMAZING. Like it was never bent and it looks like it is all one piece. They didn't even charge me more for the time and effort they put into redoing it. I cannot believe the difference in the quality. They are truly the best. I will post a before and after of the job they did. I am so happy I will never go anywhere else!! Even if that means driving out of town for my jewelry. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!

Rather than acknowledge or apologize for his behavior, he chose to challenge the feedback. During my visit, alcohol was present in the store and referenced as part of the customer experience. Combined with the way my concerns were handled, it contributed to an environment that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. A high-end jeweler should be able to handle honest feedback with professionalism, not defensiveness or intimidation. Mark Auerbach still owes me an apology, and more importantly, future customers better treatment. I spent over $9,000 here and expected better. Customers should feel respected when raising concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
