My mom loves looking for unique and charming furniture and trinkets for her home, so we were driving by one day and decided to take a look. This place is great! There is a nice lady (who I assume is the owner) that helped my mom out very much. She was honest, friendly, and cared more about a specific piece fitting in my mom's house rather than making a sale. Definitely a cool place to check out. This place is a really lovely home that was converted into a consignment shop with some to-die-for items. They have everything from tables to desks to day beds to earrings, and everything is in phenomenal condition. My mom purchased a really gorgeous mirror and bookcase from this store, which she got for a bargain because you're able to negotiate with the shop owner / the person selling the item. They also deliver your furniture (at an additional cost), which is awesome for people who live alone or are older or unable. There is something mysterious to me walking into a consignment store. Where are these items from, what's their history, what value do they hold to me, the potential purchaser? You can admire, desire and reject but frankly I'm never sure. You need a guide, a professional who doesn't let you leave with a car full of pretty things you'll never need. "What are you going to do with this?" "What's the appeal of this to you and your home?" "Why are you the person who should take possession?" These are not intrusions into your privacy, they're logical inquiries. If there was ever a Sherpa to guide you, Naggie is the one. She's bright, charming and has terrific taste. Frankly, she's all by herself in facilities such as this. If you don't cherish it, leave it there. But when you find something truly special you will thank her more times than you can count. My favorite place for great furniture finds with reasonable prices, good quality and a wonderfully helpful staff. Owner is a personable and warm talented designer who stages each room so you can get an idea of how a piece looks in a room. She is really adept at finding unique items for her store from modern Italian pieces to Asian antiques to wine country casual. It's organized like a home, not like a shop of odds and ends. I've bought many large pieces and small treasures at great prices since I moved to Sonoma and have been very pleased with my finds. They deliver the big pieces for a very reasonable fee, not like some of the other furniture stores in Sonoma. It's best to visit frequently because things fly out the door and the mdse is always changing - which is the best recommendation I can give. AND, situated between the Library and Sonoma Market, it's handy, and has it's own parking lot, so no hassles. I can't say enough good things about it. The best!!!!! read more

This is one of my favorite consignment stores in town. Great pieces that are ready for new homes and I'll add it's a good laid out store. Easy to see stuff and walk around. The owner is a sweet lady and her staff is always helpful and kind when I go in. I especially love the jewlery! They have very nice items here, it's a shame the prices are so high. They would sell a lot more if they were more reasonable. Nice people, the prices are just not on par with used items. I don't know, this is just an estimation, but it feels like they go to estate sales and maybe pay a little too much and then the prices are passed on to the consumer. This place sometimes has nice things but the owner is rude and unpleasant. Twice I have been in the store and watched her play customers off of one another....someone was interested in an item and someone else...maybe someone she knows,..would feign interest in the same thing. HORRIBLE! Extremely rude. I had communicated with the owner Naggie numerous times where, after a couple of conversations, she indicated that she definitely wanted my items and we worked out a delivery time for me to drop off my items. When I went to deliver the items, I was informed that she was not there but that Massie could help me. Massie's tone and demeanor towards myself and my daughter was just appalling. Her customer service was apprehensible. Both my family and my husband own their own businesses and if they EVER treated their customers the way I was treated, they would have been out of business in no time. Massie kept questioning me and the numerous communications I had with Naggie. After showing Massie the numerous email strings between Naggie and myself, that included pictures of the items I wanted to bring in, and the email from Naggie stating that "yes I want these items, please bring them in," she kept saying "are you sure you communicated with Naggie?" I drove over 30 minutes to drop these items off at this business and the tone and demeanor by Massie was just appalling. I would not drive 30 seconds to frequent this business. I ended up finding another place to take my items who in no time were very friendly and more than happy to have my items. I am not sure if it is because this business is in Sonoma, so they think they can be snobby and rude but the other business I found was also in Sonoma and they were super friendly. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS BUSINESS, THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR TIME, ATTENTION OR MONEY!!!!!!! read more
