She left feeling so confident and beautiful! I've also been doing the strengthening treatment with my cuts, and it's made my hair noticeably healthier and shinier. This time around, I came in for a trim and a Keratin Express treatment, and the results were wowwwww. With all the rain lately, I usually get a ton of frizz, but this treatment actually works and is totally worth the hype. I also picked up a few products Cameron recommended including a mousse, an anti‑frizz serum, and a thermic treatment. Full disclosure: I'm a Kérastase lover and have been using the brand for years, but I didn't know about these specific treatments. Now I'm obsessed. My hair feels so smooth, glowy, and healthy. Not only did I consistently have a phenomenal experience here, but I would honestly say this is the best I've come across. A few things that stick out to me. Ms. Jung Mi is METICULOUS at her craft. She explains her thought process, pushes back if she thinks something will turn out poorly, and offers alternative ideas instead. She is exceedingly kind. She took the time out of her morning to help me get ready for an urgent/surprising event. Could not have pulled it off without her. I also recently lost my old stylist and needed to find a new one. I went to Jennifer for a cut and balayage. When I arrived, there was another client who she was finishing up with. She had it timed perfectly so I never felt like I was waiting for her to finish something with the other person. I felt like she was very attentive to my comfort, checking on me to move foil around and out of my face. She is very easy to talk to, but also is comfortable with silence. I didn't feel like I had to keep chatting unless I wanted to. I really appreciated this quality as some stylists just make me feel exhausted when I leave from all the talking. The woman who finished my style definitely made the experience better, but just be aware this particular location doesn't seem to be knowledgeable of extensions.
