I don't trust many people with mine because it's taken me a long time to grow it out and take care of it, but he was the first person to cut it after two years of no trims, and I've been coming back every three months ever since. My hair has never felt better. I also brought my mom once, she wanted a short haircut, but Cameron made a better recommendation based on her face shape, and it turned out amazing. She left feeling so confident and beautiful! I've also been doing the strengthening treatment with my cuts, and it's made my hair noticeably healthier and shinier. This time around, I came in for a trim and a Keratin Express treatment, and the results were wowwwww. With all the rain lately, I usually get a ton of frizz, but this treatment actually works and is totally worth the hype. I also picked up a few products Cameron recommended including a mousse, an anti‑frizz serum, and a thermic treatment. Full disclosure: I'm a Kérastase lover and have been using the brand for years, but I didn't know about these specific treatments. Now I'm obsessed. My hair feels so smooth, glowy, and healthy. If you're picky about who touches your hair, Cameron is your guy. I couldn't be happier with the results every single visit!!!!

Not only did I consistently have a phenomenal experience here, but I would honestly say this is the best I've come across. A few things that stick out to me. Ms. Jung Mi is METICULOUS at her craft. She explains her thought process, pushes back if she thinks something will turn out poorly, and offers alternative ideas instead. She is exceedingly kind. She took the time out of her morning to help me get ready for an urgent/surprising event. Could not have pulled it off without her. I also enjoyed all of my conversations with her :) Her prices are fair. Elsewhere, I pay 50-60 for lesser quality.

Trying to schedule a second cut has been a nightmare. They cancelled my first appointment because of a plumbing issue. Totally understandable. I rescheduled the next week. Cancelled again. This time, I only got the call 10 min before my appointment. No voicemail or email left before that. Super frustrating. I'm a full time student and also working about 30 hours/week outside of class. It's not easy for me to schedule a hair cut and every time I do, it's something I look forward to all week. Feels like I'm Charlie Brown and they're Lucy with the football. It's just not gonna happen. Guess I'll try somewhere else next week.

I also recently lost my old stylist and needed to find a new one. I went to Jennifer for a cut and balayage. When I arrived, there was another client who she was finishing up with. She had it timed perfectly so I never felt like I was waiting for her to finish something with the other person. I felt like she was very attentive to my comfort, checking on me to move foil around and out of my face. She is very easy to talk to, but also is comfortable with silence. I didn't feel like I had to keep chatting unless I wanted to. I really appreciated this quality as some stylists just make me feel exhausted when I leave from all the talking. She uses high quality products and her salon has a clean and modern design. I was actually comfortable at the sink when she washed my hair. Pretty much every salon sink I have ever used has given me a sore neck. I was and still am very happy with my hair. I seriously felt amazing when I walked out with the styling she did. When I arrived my stylist was completely lost on what to do with my hair, and the wash was very subpar. She ended up expressing she's not fully confident and another woman did my hair. This woman actually had experience with sew ins, extensions etc. But I wasn't turned to the other woman until my wash was complete. Fast forward a few hours my hair is still itchy ... Then when it was time to pay I was told it was an extra $20 for the extensions, which is fine. But it would've been nice to preface that because that's no longer the $59 I was told. The woman who finished my style definitely made the experience better, but just be aware this particular location doesn't seem to be knowledgeable of extensions. Particularly people of color extension types. Definitely hoping to figure out what went wrong so this can hopefully not happen to other women!
