I hate to be the one to give a low review, but this is my honest experience on the brow shaping/waxing I received. I'm extremely picky about my brows. My brow lady recently gave me a bad job and was inconsistent with my shape, so I figured it was time to find a new person that was closer to me. My brows don't take too long to grow, so I grew them out for a month and started doing some research, and found Brigitte. The cons that I had were the appointment confirmation and the work that I received. When I made an appointment online, I was not given a confirmation, which the email stated I would receive shortly. I ended up having to contact her to ask if my appointment was confirmed. As for the job she did, I was unsatisfied. I felt as though the outline she gave me did not quite match up at the end. Although my expectations are high, I know that each eyebrow will never be exactly the same. She messed up on them some areas by taking too much off. I ended up having apart of my eyebrow that was off, and one side that had a thinner end than the other. I also had some sparse hairs, so she did not do a clean job as well. Since I'm a nice person and not much could be done afterwards anyway, I did not fuss or point anything out. On the other hand, the pro I had was that I loved how she first outlined my brows and showed me how they were going to be, which most brow artists do not do. I research images online for months and finally came across Brows by Brigitte photos and was pleased to see the diversity in her work. I made my appointment and followed her pre appointment instructions. My eyebrows were patchy, thinning and light in color. Brigitte and I discussed the shape, color and fullness I was looking for, she mocked up the shape, color and fullness we decided on together, made a few changes to perfect the look and then she was ready to begin.
