Everyone loved it! First the bride to be is amazing! She told us do our hair however we'd like! I went for a half up half down look, we ranged with full down with curls, some with braids, a sideswept with full curls, and a full updo. My hairdstylist asked me all the right questions - I told her the bigger the better and she poofed it up really high, kind of looked at me with the smile and said like this? I'm like a little too high, she replied in agreement. All of the stylists were very friendly, outgoing and joined in our conversations like they were one of our good friends! The bride had the place reserved so we were the only ones in the place which of course made you feel like VIP! One of the bridesmaids actually came to the conclusion that her hair would look better if her bangs were cut, done. No problem! I really appreciated the creativity of the women here! I thought oh yeah just pin the back up...um no she added a celtic-ish knot to cover the bobby pins! The other girls all loved their hair. One of the stylists even came right before the wedding to do any touch ups if needed because our appointments were between 8-noon and wedding wasn't till late afternoon. We were able to set up a smaller room towards the back for our make up lady to come in and do her magic! we also had drinks and breakfast fruits and snacks in that room for us. The bathroom toward the back was very clean! This place is clean, trendy, friendly and does a fantatstic job what more can you ask for? The hair lady that I was going to was amazing but she was off the same days I was off so I never got to see her and my hair was SOOO needing some love! I booked with Sydney and she was so frickin sweet from start to finish. Conversation was easy and didn't feel forced at all. She gave me a lot of reassurance and kept reminding me that she would try her best to get me to the color that I wanted without melting my hair off but that it would probably be a couple visits. That was totally understandable but the amount of times she told me made me so sad because that just tells me that someone or some people in the past have probably been upset with their results but come on people! Hair takes time and money and if your hair wants to cooperate, awesome. If not, be patient because this girl (and any other hair stylist) does not want their ass on the line if your hair does end up melting away! lol. Anyway, since my first visit in November '18, I've been back a few times to get it touched up and it's pleasant every time. The salon is so cute and I hope Sydney never leaves because she's seriously the best!! Book with her, y'all. She's amazing :) also ps if you're a dry shampoo user, pick up the r+co dry shampoo, it's a life changer and the best shampoo you'll ever use. don't @ me

I just thought it was a little darker inside than most barbershops. And personally having darker colored hair, I feel like something might go missed. Definitely would recommend though, they also have a military discount - which is cool.

Half way through he spun me around in the chair and I saw what he was doing and it looked ok but then he spun me back around. During the haircut he said "well I guess this is your summer look" and laughed. He also said "I gave you a hair cut that I know you can pull off". At the end he put gel in my hair and I didn't really get to see what it looks like without gel so I said that it looked good because it did. I'm not one to put gel in my hair. He knows he messed up cause he gave me the haircut for free. When I got home I took a shower and when I got out I looked in the mirror, I was blown away by home bad he cut my hair. I have a middle part and wanted it trimmed and the sides faded up. One side of my hair is super short and more toward the front of my head it just goes straight down. He didn't cut that long part at all (which is why I went to go get my hair cut, to get the hair out of my eyes) so hair still gets in my eyes. The other side is short in the back and then angles forward to my face. I am now super self conscious about my hair and have to wear a hat. Never going back to h barbers again. Thought I trusted them but I guess not.

Katie saved the day!…read more I had a bad experience before coming to Katie, who helped me walk out with a super cute cut/color. I had asked for a shaggy bob with curtain bangs, in a red/blonde shade. Unfortunately, I'd ended up with a badly uneven sorta-bob, micro bangs, unblended layers, a lot of weight at the bottom, and splotchy balayage. Katie worked a lot of magic and set me up with a near-replica of the inspo pic I'd been going for initially. She did the impossible and salvaged my too-short bangs, plus showed me how to style them until they grow back fully. I love the shaggy bob she gave me and the super-dimensional color is my favorite I've ever had! I can't recommend this salon and specifically Katie enough! Great cut/color and such a kind person to top it off. 10/10 will be back

She gave me a thorough consult, made sure I was happy with the decision we made, and cut my hair exactly how we had talked about. She was very friendly and upbeat. This particular line is a bit pricier than other products, but Brianna explained which products would work for my hair. She answered all my questions and explained thoroughly how to use the products. Overall, I would highly recommend this salon, their staff, and Brianna. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, you are a priority.

My hair came out so badly that I actually cried in my car. I've let me hair grow and grow, become shaggy and messy all because I didn't want to go to another salon and have another terrible terrible experience. I went to GreatClips because A) They were open Sunday, when I wanted to go, and B) It's a chain, I'm going in expecting a terrible job. When I got there the woman I had... I'm not sure she speaks allot of English? We did not talk. Not the whole time. She said yes I can cut that picture, she studied the photos I brought in, did minimal explaining and basically just told me when to put my chin down for her. And you know what? She paid such attention to what I asked her to do - a copy of Louise Brookes (1920s/30s star) iconic bob - that I can't compare her $16 cut to anything I've ever had before. She didn't give me a short bob, she gave me Louise's hair, every detail of it is perfect. I'll be going back there from now on, and I really cannot recommend highly enough that if you're tired of paying for $50+ haircuts and never getting exactly what you're asking for, please stop in and try them out.
